if we did this it would be 5+ years per tased person. Its literally considered "aggravated" assault. So actually this isnt really justice. "i do not recall tasing them in front of inmates...." vs "i never tased anyone in front of inmates". Too many officers become this emotionally void over time. They train them to commit crimes under the disguise of law vs treating them just like they would a normal citizen. The fact he got options of a no jail time conviction or only 30days for aggravated assault on MULTIPLE people.... we wouldnt give teachers who abvse the little people they are trusted to teach....a slap on the wrist with probation or options of 30days in jail then free to go. He lying under oath and afraid to battle the same treatment he dished out without any remorse? If we tased random sheriff officers with other witnessing officer.... we would be under the jail and "i was just kidding around" wouldnt work on a defense strategy either.... Most states have enhancer laws specifically for people who do wrong as teachers why not the same for people who can literally delete you from "goofing" around???
