I really do rate Evolution tools very highly and I am jealous that they have sent you some of their cordless stuff haha. Carrying a 12" Dewalt mitre saw into people's gardens to make just 1 or 2 cuts is just a pain. The cordless Evolution saw looks perfect for a lot of my jobs.

Hi Christopher, I’ve never had a large mitresaw, for the small workshop and lugging around this size is perfect. regards JP

They look great. The mitre saw stand looks a very sturdy piece of kit.

Nice score! Save the cardboard to haul them to workshop no. 2. Take care & stay safe.

It looks like they've improved their Mitre Saws as well as adding battery power. I'll take a closer look at that little 185mm , it's just the right size for my cellar workshop.

Hi. I like the 185mm saw. As I said, I have has the corded version for a few years. For a small workshop its brilliant. I looked at the large version but it is far too big, its about 900mm deep. Regards JP

Interesting, isn't it, how they spent years fitting 'laser guides' before discovering that a simple LED light to show the shadow of the blade is way more accurate...

Hi Mike. Yes a very simple solution. The only draw back, I’m told, is it doesn’t work too well in direct sunlight. A theory I will explore… Regards JP
