You should see the videos choosen company puts out. They're US, UK, and Canadian volunteers that fight for Ukraine. They routinely mop the floor with the russians.

The content of manufacturing in this video interested me. I live in Atlanta, and I'm from Alabama. I might be moving back to Huntsville soon.
We just made a 500 million dollar deal with Poland for Patriot missles the other day. They are moving the space program from Denver to here. A lot of contracting for the military and space will be HQed here. I'm happy that Russia wanting to invade Ukraine is making us rich, but giving us money for our space programs to be reignited.
Also, concerning this video there was one like this with commentary about the actual tech the countries possess. It also mentioned all the divisions of the military, and mentioned the USA's space military program. I don't think many people know about the extent of that technology. Its a newer branch and it only has about 30,000 people working in it, but it is absolute mind boggling stuff.

The biggest difference is: the US military is an "all-volunteer" military organization, with strict entry and disciplinary standards... that carries the idea that it's far better to spend money than lives (our own).
We value our guys, they spend them like currency. Everything else is the end result of that thinking.

Our technology is too much in USA. I was laughing when you guys were talking about Russia sending off a nuke, I could legit see them hitting the complete wrong target, or it blowing up in their face or having a failure to launch.
The things we have seen from the IQ and the tech of the Russian military has been mind blowing. The lack of those things. They have even fought themselves and allies on accident.
It was a good video for Aidan, because it was a good way to explain the technology differences. All of USA's stuff works, and if its old it is because it was elite. We don't know what Russia is counting, if it works, and to what extent it can do its job (even if it does work properly).
I see the Eastern block people's reaction to the war as if USA and the EU are actually fighting Russia, that's the way they word it. They refuse to believe its just Ukraine with supply aid. They have no clue what the REAL supplies are and that the troops they are facing are above average, but the military intelligence they would be fighting would be incomprehensible to Russa. They are struggling right now, and this is just light to mediocre aid. This isn't "real" help, if USA wants to help we will roll up ships, troops, and missles from caves all across that hemisphere.

Even? Russia is celebrating defeating Downgraded US tanks that resemble tanks US made back in the 1980s.
US only gave UkR those tanks because some Euro countries were hesitant to give their modern tanks if the US didn't send any American made tanks. So US took out all the upgrades from past 20+ years and sent them just so UKR could get other tanks that were designed with European theater in mind. And Russia is so proud to knock some of them out 🤣

Like your channel. As a veteran I think it's dangerous to talk about who would win a war between the worlds two military super powers. No one would win. In fact neither country would directly attack the other because it would mean nuclear annihilation, for everyone. At the very least Russia would immediately destroy all the satellites, which would make all western advanced weaponry inoperable and useless. The more realistic scenario is war in Europe. The war in Ukraine shows exactly what a ground war in Europe or Eurasia would turn into after about 30-days... trench fighting, armored vehicles, artillery, and drones. Just one Russian artillery factory can produce more shells than the combined output of all of NATO members. Multi-million dollar missiles take a long time to build and there are not that many of them. Britain would do well to start stockpiling more artillery shells, armored vehicles, drones, and to increase the size of their military. Missiles and jets have limited ranges. Russia is the worlds largest country, so most of the country is under no threat from NATO planes, ships or missiles - similar to the US which has oceans as natural barriers.

There is no way that Russia has 14k tanks...not anymore. There are channels that have been watching thousands of tanks vanishing from depots all over Russia, as the Russians have been cannibalizing tanks for parts to get a smaller number of tanks into operation. The same is true of their towed artillery and their MLRS systems...depots for both are being emptied as losses are taken in Ukraine, and Russia has to use more and more for parts.
And let's talk about naval fleets...
The US Navy has a total tonnage of a bit over 4.15 MILLION tons...China is 2nd with 2.85 million tons, and Russia is third at 1.25 million tons. Also, and far as numbers of ships, China's and Russia's fleet sizes are loaded up with tons of tiny attack boats and stuff like that...which are not a threat to the US Navy unless the US Navy is stupid enough to get really close to China or Russia.

    These numbers are wrong.
Independent agencies that use online picture sources has reported Russia's losses in Ukraine.
Their combat losses are not taken into account in the video.
Since the conflict began Russia has lost roughly the following.
    Tanks 9800
    Armored vehicles 20,300
    Artillery 22,000
    aircraft 365
    helicopters 331
    Ships and boats 28
casualties 816,000 killed and 2.45 million wounded
That being said the vehicles they have left in storage are simply rotten from poor storage.

Numbers don't tell the story when it comes to equipment. Russian tanks, aircraft and subs are very old. The war in Ukraine is showing how weak and old the Russian equipment is. There's a massive difference between a nuclear powered submarine and an old cold war submarine. Just look at how much money the US is putting into defense every year and it tells a better story.

This is where quality vs quantity falls in. Us ground forces like artillary and rockets are fewer but they use pgm or smart bombs which have a highhit rate. But russia barely wins here with sheet numbers.
On the nave side usa quality dominates russias slight quantity
On the air side usa has both
Just look at the casualty comparison. Usa 20
Years in Afghanistan and suffered the same total casualty that russia suffers less than a week in Ukraine.

EX: They count tanks that are ancient museum pieces, and the ones that are operational, most are many generations old and would be destroyed immediately.
EX: A 40 mile long Russian convoy fell apart in trying to attack Kiev because the tires rotted off (some General pocketed the funds for maintenance).
Furthermore, their tactics SUCK! They've lost hundreds of thousands of soldiers in the Ukraine war ...and Ukraine wasn't even equipped to go to war. Remember the defeat of Iraq by the US in record time? Iraq used Russian equipment and tactics. Russia was
    shocked!

U.S. tanks are all modern with the latest tech. Russian tanks are mostly soviet era junk. The same can be said for all the equipment and weapons of both countries. Also, American military personnel are all volunteers Who are extremely well trained and motivated. The majority of Russian military personnel are conscripts and draftees. Just there because they are required to be. There really is no comparison. I also believe this is pre Ukraine invasion. A large portion of the Russian equipment has been wiped out by that.

America’s military technology outclasses Russia’s due to its unparalleled defense budget, relentless innovation, state-of-the-art manufacturing, and strategic partnerships with leading tech companies. This synergy enables the development of cutting-edge, highly reliable, and superior weapons systems that set the global standard for military capability.
In contrast, Russia largely relies on acquiring and repurposing foreign technology rather than independently innovating or developing it domestically. While Russia has achieved advancements in certain areas of military tech, its reliance on imported components, particularly in electronics, semiconductors, and communications systems, underscores the limitations of its domestic innovation and manufacturing capabilities.
