My impression about Novosibirsk after someone scored some citadel hits on GK or Preussen at close distance (probably through the secret hole in the armor few people know about) was that of a pocket battleship or a super Moskva or a miniaturized version of Patrie which is also one of the superships that doesn't need funny button to shine and also has unusual gun caliber that very few other ships in the game share.
