Also, have all 3 play every hole and keep your score(still 1v1, but everyone plays)...that way nobody is actively sitting out....then the overall stroke play winner gets 1 or 2 bonus points at the end...keeps everyone vested on every hole instead of sitting out. Also, maybe change it to where if you have to go to a chip off then the most points you can win is a half point for that hole. Only get a full point if you win the hole straight up.
