Honestly... Sephiroth became even more flexible in my eyes with the Radiant edge. Mainhand: Radiant edge Offhand: Kuja's spirit blade This already covers 4 aspects of the fight. He can keep enemy damage output down while making them take more damage through a physical damage dealing team build and obviously that Kuja's spirit blade can be substituted out for the Crimson blade to gain an extra +10% Fire Ability Potency if the enemy is immune to PATK/MATK Down. Though may be difficult to have two characters running a Fire Build he still provides the PDEF Down to enable the other physical damage dealers so you could always run a different elemental build with them and still benefit from this. This generally just sounds interesting to me and eventually we'd want to cover more than just one elemental type during battles anyways (Crisis Dungeons already function this way to begin with.) All I know is I'd love to run him with my Ice build Tifa where it allows me to, just because of the PDEF Down and PATK/MATK Down he will bring to make fights safer for me. c.c; Use a Fira Blow materia in the Fire slot for +30% damage increase to said materia. 1,000% agree. I think this weapon puts him back up on the pedestal, back into the winners circle! Getting him to a point where you can run him in nearly every single lineup by just adjusting his roll. I'm here for it!
I agree, Sephiroth is actually the most versatile Character. Physical attack, magic attack, and great debuff with Kuja blade. He's become one of my mains with Cloud and Aerith. Also I think he has the coolest looking Limit Breaks!

I got hammered on the stamps, but 25k crystals and I’ve got clouds set up. Didnt get a dupe though. Now I’ll wait for Yuffie and I guess add this and Seph’s to my wishlist. Happy new year man

Happy New year! I got some great luck on my pulls this morning. I'm going to post the pics in discord tomorrow morning. But I will say that the Step up banner is absolute trash! $40 to get the gems for all the step-up levels and you get 1 guaranteed random 5 star. There's a new years pack for $20 that gives a couple gold draw tickets with 3200 red gems. Then you can buy another new years pack with those gems to get 4 more 5 star tickets and one of those tickets you get to choose your 5 star weapon. So $40 for 1 random 5 star and MAYBE you get lucky and get a couple more, but NO WISHLIST. Or spend $20 to get 6-5 star tickets and you get to pick at least one of them. I really hope people don't waste their money on that step up banner.
In regards to Sephiroth not having single target fire to benefit off this debuff, slapping a fire materia in Radiant Edge's fire boost slot will still be a boss combination. Additionally doing so will free up your other weapon slot instead of forcing the Prototype Crimson blade allowing you to have some other strong combat ability at your disposal.
11:05 alright fine, I’ll tell you 😂 Honestly, now that I’ve seen the actual banner and the weapon, I’m REALLY torn. I’m extremely tempted to pull for Sephiroth’s costume and weapon. I think there are people sleeping on it a bit because it’s not a DPS weapon, but as someone who pulled for Zack’s Black Whiskers weapon, I can tell you that Sephiroth will still put out good damage with a fire materia in that 30% slot, and whoever he’s paired with will deal strong physical fire damage with materia as well. Like, good enough to get top 100 in a dungeon ranking event if you’re combining the damage with good strategy, based on my past experience. On top of that, if you have the weapon at OB6, it won’t even matter if you’re doing physical DPS at that point - a high potency elemental resistance down absolutely slaps. Anyway, those are my thoughts. P.S. - Congrats on 1k subs, my man! 🎉🎉🎉

Sephs Weapon is basically Zachs Black Whiskers, only for fire and instead of water. Both of these would be GREAT for a main DPS, and Sephs weapon has about 20 points more in each of the weapons attack and magic stat compared to BW. Sephs weapon also going to straight up High pot at OB6 is insane! BW is only mid to high at OB6 and doesn't go to high until OB10.
I actually think this is the ultimate trap banner for everyone except brand new players We've had a banner now for every single element, and with the exception of water this will be the final arcanum costume to complete the set. The weapons aren't a 'tier above' the previous banner weapons (from Edged Wings onwards) in power and the +5 in p.atk is very outdated and only useful in very specific circumstances. We are due the next tier up in power and it's highly likely that when Yuffie releases her banner will include that power increase - just like Sephiroth did with Edged Wings Pulling on this banner isn't a good idea imo, unless you have no costumes at all and want to pick up both.
The weapons are LITERALLY a tier above previous weapons of similar types. The ability on Cloud's sword does 50% more dmg than Edged Wing's & Holy Flame Gloves etc. C ability and 100% more dmg than Murasame's when compared at OB10. Seph's weapon is very similar to Bald Eagle with R abilities and debuffs with the ADDITION of a mid potency PDEF debuff. Last, I don't think we are due for anything in power increase. We have been in the middle of the next tier for a couple of banners now having multiple debuffs on single weapons and such, but there is no reason to believe they are going to ramp it up again on the next banner when they just started this in the last month or so.
I went Clouds stuff and then see. I got a 2 stamp, 3 stamp then 5 and 6 stamp! After 9 pulls I had 24 stamps so I ended up getting both stuff for Cloud and luckily both for Seph too but only because I got lucky on the stamps. The pulls themselves were meh, okay. I had a good 3 no 5 stars I think.
That is AMAZING luck on the stamps! Holy cow! I've never seen a 6'er!! I'm happy for you man. Getting both cards filled out on only 8 pulls is so awesome. Good stuff!
Cloud is a must pull. He now has all 3 sigils. I’m torn about getting a 5* of that radiant edge coz I’m sure someone eventually will get fire resistant debuff but I don’t like setting him as physical…
@@Nitelight9 ngl I got lucky using fewer crystals than I thought to get that cloud costume but now it’s hard to decide on whether to hold what I got and wait for something in the future… I have not forgotten how next event is earth ice so better to look to build that before stacking fire that isn’t even in rotation. What’s your take?

im confused for seph because most of the weapons i have are matk like kuja and others the only patk one is glaireid, and the spt materia for the new weap is fire ability not physical lol i dont know if i should go for him too

Terrible gacha. I was spinning at 50,000. 2 weapon cloud. 1 sephirot which was guaranteed. Other 5 star weapons dropped very rarely. about 10 pieces for the entire time (Basically what I didn’t need.
Those dollar signs all over the store screen, and those gacha mechanics that nearly all mobile games have today are exactly why I will never play this game again. The idea that content is constantly locked behind a paywall and the game design constantly tries to trick their player base into making emotionally-charged decisions, is sickening to me. Gacha games may be touted as a new gameplay mode for the moment; but I bet that if more and publishers adopt them, plenty of state; national, and regional governments will ban or regulate them like they do sports gambling.

I really wanted to replay at least one version of a remaster of FFVII that was semi-faithful to the original; but to me, those systems just make me very angry every time I see it in between Missions. I felt exactly the same with Honkai Star Rail, so please excuse my negativity. Thing is, I’d gladly pay $90-$100 one time to have access to everything and never get asked for money again. But because you can’t do that, I don’t think I can have fun if I’m constantly regulating those Short-Term Risk/Reward impulses.

Add the total crystals divide by the cost. The limited are the best crystal packs we’ve seen yet.
Yeah, I just don't think crystal packs are where limited spenders should be focusing. And that is the target audience for that advice.

I've decided to pass on all banners that aren't limited. The costumes are the best reason to pull on a non-limited though.

Yes, it really depends on if you want to use him as only Magic DPS or if you want to use him for more rolls.

Drop rate is 1% you did 10 10x pulls so 100 individual pulls. Odds are you would get 1.
