Considerably less food waste. But significantly more non biodegrable and chemical waste through work. However, I have chosen not to have children. Maybe that balances out?
Asking honestly though, as a regular prole, what more can I do to reduce my waste output when companies insist on using enormous amounts of avoidable packaging? And on that note, why do I need to pay more to get biodegradable items, when the same biodegradable options are often cheaper and easier to produce? (For example, meat comes in plastic packaging, not waxed paper.)

I think one reason young people don't recycle as much because we have more information about how recycling works and the who the real contributers to waste are. We know most products we put in the recycle bin do not actually get recycled and the regular consumer produces very, very little waste compared to industrial/production waste. So we're like, "what's the point".

Here in Japan, recycling is hardcore, with each city getting really specific. Like, certain kinds of recycling needs to be put out on certain days (i.e ferric metals on this day, PET plastics on this day etc) and how it prepared beforehand (i.e washed, gas canisters punctured etc). And you'll incur the wrath of the neighborhood housewives if you don't do it correctly. It gives the impression they're taking it really seriously, since recycling needs to be sorted, and you gotta wonder how thorough the countries who have their citizens put it all in one bin are being. Are they actually recycling all of it or is a certain amount getting redirected into landfill?

At 12:00, you say 13,000 kg is the weight of 9 cows, implying 1 cow = 1.44 tonnes.
    This does not make sense.
www.beefmagazine.com/cow-calf/relationship-between-cow-size-production says "The average cow size across all breeds is 1,390 lbs".
This is equal to just 630 kg. Did you, by mistake, use the pound value instead of kg here?
Wanted to point this out because, for a channel that is into "Debunking" stuff, this was a glaring factual error. Now, I am left doubting the rest of the "facts" presented here.
Please pay more attention to such stuff.

I too cook what I need and eat it all, very rarely waste food, try to eat everything before it expires or goes bad. For all non food trash I always recycle as much as I can. It's also illegal where I live to throw recyclable trash with the non recyclable, also our trash bags have to be transparent so the garbage people can see what's inside.

Guess I got to use a menstrual cup sooner rather than later....OMG!!
I'll try period panties first because I just can't get over the potential mess and discomfort of a menstrual cup. Like I don't want to use a sink at work to wash it out, that is disgusting and completely not thoughtful to the others that use that sink.

Debunked, Another common form of waste is of course, time. And whenever you interrupt your video to discuss about your sponsor, you're wasting time, more specifically, the time of viewers who aren't interested. Do yourself a favor and keep your sponsorships at the end of your videos.

Mid rolls. The placement is intentional, sponsorships are how the channel makes money, so obviously a channel will want their sponsorship to perform well. If you like the content, understand the fact that the only way they're able to produce it is from these ads. Do us all a favor and don't bitch about the most common way content creators make their money.

Dude, imagine you own a website, right?
And you're offered $20,000 to put up an ad.
Would you or would you not accept it?
Everyone wants to make a profit.
So, yeah, it's understandable if there are 100ads in a video.
