    I have some information to share with you that is not commonly known. In early 2022, my hair was thick and dense, but by the end of that year, I experienced significant hair loss, resulting in decreased thickness and density. However, I was able to regain control of my hair fall by adopting several positive habits. Firstly, I eliminated junk food from my diet. Secondly, I began exercising for 15 minutes daily to improve blood circulation. Additionally, I started drinking lukewarm water on an empty stomach every morning to aid in detoxification. Finally, I switched to Littleextra's safe and natural cocoonion shampoo and oil, massaging my hair twice a week and washing it after a few hours. As a result, my hair fall has reduced, and I have noticed new hairs growing on my scalp. In conclusion, it is possible to control hair fall by adopting a healthy lifestyle and positive habits.

      I don't know if this can help you. But here's my theory about balding. 1. Testosterone, is a necessary hormone and is essential for muscle growth and strength. 2. Stress, causes you to become tense and tighten certain muscles commonly but not only in the face and head area. 3. Posture, poor posture tightens certain muscles which, with correct posture would not be tightened. Especially with people who live a sedentary life, the muscles at the back of the head will tighten to keep the head facing horizontally. 4. Magnesium supplements, have been shown to decrease the rate of balding and is known to be a muscle relaxant. 5. Peppermint essential oil, has been shown to be more effective at reducing the rate of balding in men compared to Minoxidil a anti-hypertensive vasodilator medication. Peppermint is known to be an effective muscle-relaxant and stress-releiver. 6. DHT, like testosterone is essential in the development of muscles, blocking DHT then causes decreased muscle-growth. 7. Scalp massages has been shown to increase hair-growth, but not reliably. 8. Botox injections to the brow area have been shown to increase hair-growth as an unintentional side-effect.
      Based on this, my theory is as follows. Chronic activity in muscles at the brow area, scalp and back of the head create a situation similar to a swimming cap which prevent hair from receiving the nutrients it needs. This is caused by, stress, poor posture and poor nutrition. The genetic link then would be your propensity to become stressed. However more importantly, the way you deal with stress and how well you take care of your body which are epigenetic factors, not genetic.
      Now, consider the fact that the hair-loss industry is worth 4 Billion annually they have no incentive to tell you about this link. In the worst case none of this will work, but you're at least decreasing stress, correcting your posture and eating healthy. Which has benefits across the spectrum.

I used to have long wavy blonde curls surfing in Australia in my teens/early twenties but realistically no one cares if you shave it off. You're fears are your own, not anyone elses and better off owning it early. Girls do like it, because if you have the guts to own it you're better than some guy who bases their existence off how their hair looks.

      Eh, well recently I've been to skid row in downtown LA, saw lots of people who clearly were in the streets for a while (dirty, disheveled and unkempt, unfortunately). with full head of hair like no other. thick and plentiful. It is safe to assume that drug use plus a poor diet was at play. You can't get the best nutrition living and panhandling in the streets. It is mostly genetic and it is why it is emphasized. These were more about debunking myths we've all heard before. But I agree it should be giving more mention. It is mostly about genes than food as diets vary throughout the world.

    I’m always amazed how we can send men into outer space and unmanned vehicles to run on mars and yet we can seem to solve riddles that cause cancer, baldness and teeth loss and cure them. Btw I wash my hair with water and rarely use shampoo and guess what I have great hair into my 50’s whereas my co workers and other family members are balding. I therefore don’t recommend using shampoo everyday since I believe too many harsh detergents are in many products. Look at PABA which has been in sunscreen for years and now the FDA is discovering it may not be helpful. All these things come out years later

    • @slimjim7411

      Well that's because it's all genetic's, and every time scientist start messing with genetic's everyone screams "NO YOU'RE PLAYING GOD!" and whatever they were using for their research gets shut down or banned. Cancer isn't some foreign invasive disease it's literally the body experiencing a software error and writing bad code. So if we want to cure cancer we have to play God and get into the DNA, and start changing it.
      Plus what scientist to trust is tricky. For example once upon a time everyone cooked with lard and butter it makes food taste great...it's full of fat because well it is fat. So they started pushing margarine, and other butter substitutes. Years later hey guess what that stuff is terrible for you...and Lard? The fat in lard is good healthy fat that your body needs. Moral of the story...if it came out of a lab it's probably got some negative long term effects.
      I had a school teacher once who had THE most full beautiful long hair a woman could possibly have. Her secret? Horse manure...yep she washed her hair with some kind of homebrew horse manure concoction.

      Solving baldness can be done in two ways: studying the scalp and individual hairs - the way science does it today, promoting hair transplant or shutting down DHT production via drugs. (which is only temporary, costs money and has side effects: case&point theres a gamer called Reckful who is known for his fast reactions in game, best rogue in WOW, 290 words-per-minute , chill, noBS tyep of guy. He was balding so he attempted to take DHT-inhibitors. In a matter of weeks we turned from what he was to very bad a reaction-time (delayed), and turned very melodramatic, apologizing, crying for no reason, 3-5 times a week.) (ruclips.net/video/Gx7l2oycZGA/видео.html)
      Heres reading into nervous system, fight-response and its chemical activator/catalysts (adrenaline and DHT):
      en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sympathetic_nervous_system
      The sympathetic nervous system is described as being antagonistic to
      the parasympathetic nervous system which stimulates the body to "feed
      and breed" and to (then) "rest-and-digest".
      The sympathetic nervous system plays its function in preparing the whole body for action, maintaining homeostasis (constant temp overall), constriction effect used in waking up, in muscle activation, heart-rate incrs., dilating blood vessels and lung capacity. Blocking digestive, kidney and bladder function. Its in contrast with the parasympathetic which promotes digestion, rest, growth and individual organ function. The nerve-activating catalyst for sympathetic response/fight-flight is done via adrenaline or DHT. The activation of parasympathetic dilatate, relax, rest and digest auto-response is done via acetylcholine (ammonia and acetic acid)

    • @khajiithadwares2263
      @khajiithadwares2263 5 лет назад

      The other way to go around DHT is to understand its function in the body and what does it react to.
      DHT plays a role in the fight-or-flight mechanism activated in cases of danger-situations, when fast reaction is needed, saving lives, fast decisions. but also in keeping erections and making erections possible.
      Because of this I believe DHT to be very volatile, very quick to combust and build pressure, which means it reacts to HEAT, heated environments. A male body is said to be at its most optimal at about 22Celsius, else they get more agressive/ impulsive/ VOLATILE. This is exacerbated by improper clothing societal standards which see men as wearing tight clothing, air-flow restricting pants, which negate the reason why male testicles are situated outside of the body. (to evaporate heat and humidity)
      Here's a study done on teaching environments for different sexes, includes a paragraph on temperature and its effects on boys and the chemical composition involved.: boysadrift.com/ed_horizons.pdf

    • @khajiithadwares2263
      @khajiithadwares2263 5 лет назад

      We can look at cultures where men used to wear mainly robes (arabs) or kilts (scotts), do they have more hair on their heads? I believe it is the case. Although arabs do tend to live in hotter climates, which negates point.
      Most of the time, us in the western pants-only don't notice that our testicles are kept somtimes at >30-40C, which NEGATES the function or reason why we have the OUTSIDE of the body in the first place; they should be far below average body temp, not sitting around 40C turning the chemicals involved around adrenal/prostate and gonads volatile rather fast, especially when sweating involvedin a closed environment. The upper legs are highly vascularized esp on the inner portion where major blood vessels and femur aeorta are situated.

    • @khajiithadwares2263
      @khajiithadwares2263 5 лет назад

      So there are two ways to keep DHT production in check:
      Voluntarily, through mental choices: avoid stress, dangerous situations, avoid feeling emotios like despair, fear, hopelessness. (I KNOW, nigh impossible and UNPRACTICAL)
      Involuntarily, at an environment level: make sure that your body is properly ventilated (by body I mostly mean the upper thigh/groin region), make sure you're not doing any heavy work in an anaerobic (low-oxygen heated) envirnoment. (hot climates have less oxygen per square meter than colder regions)
      Respect the body homeostasis, don't keep one part of the body covered, pressurized at 40C while the other is exposed at 10C, the difference in temps can only get more accentuated, Instead try covering everything equally, so its sits at an average 22C.(if male, 26.5 if female)
      DHT and male susceptability to heat (22C optimal environent, turning lethargic/unfocused and eventually aggressive at higher temps) boysadrift.com/ed_horizons.pdf

      i figured out that being a man is not about the looks. being bald is a normal thing for a man. if you start losing your hair just trim it down or shave it. you don't even have to grow a beard- look at zinedine zidane, he looks better without hair than with it,,, if you still haven't lost your hair there maybe are ways to save it,, I won't give you advice on that because I personally tried many things and nothing worked. the best thing you can do if you go bald is to embrace it and stay confident.

    I think that we lose our hair because early humans (probably Homo Erectus who lived around 2 million years ago) were so primitive and they never cut their hair and having a lot of long, dirty, heavy hair hanging down your back (probably down to your waist) put a lot of pressure on the hair follicles along the hairline. Over time (millions of years), there was a genetic mutation to reduce the pressure on the hair follicles along the hairline.

    I am 53 and have a full head of hair. My dad lost his hair on the crown of his head. My older brother did the same with a small balding patch at the back of his head. My younger brother by 2 years is now almost bald except for a small strip around his head just above his ears. But, my grandfather on my mothers side died at 86 years old with a full head of red hair. What is different between my dad, my both brothers and me?? I've never been overweight and I have never been on blood pressure medication. Both my brothers and my father were on blood pressure medication for being near or greater than 300lbs. I myself never cracked 215lbs. Currently I'm 6'1" and fluctuate between 175lbs and 180lbs.
    And as a matter of fact at 42, I went to see the doctor because of the flu I couldn't shake and he told me that he wanted to start me on blood pressure medication because at a resting heart rate my blood pressure was in the danger zone. I looked at him and said... "Ahh... No". He said that I could have a heart attack in 6 months or less. I told him I would do something but didn't know what. He gave me a prescription anyway. Never filled it. I found a bicycle and started riding everyday and lost 45lbs in 4 months, the key was everyday. I really don't eat unhealthy but I refuse to eat rabbit food. The video does mention vitamins and I have taken vitamin b6 and b12 along with vitamin C, vitamin D and vitamin E daily since I was 26. I still ride a bicycle daily now and even commute to work with it. I rode a total of 7007 miles in 2018 and are maintaining a healthy weight. I do wash my hair daily as if I didn't my hair becomes unmanageable and decides to do its own thing.
    So, I do believe that hair loss is controllable, but you alone are responsible for your health. And the better health your body is in, the better health your hair will be in too. Both brothers of mine and my father got winded walking up a flight of stairs. I have no problems. I often have people try to guess my age and most people guess 36 to 40. Nobody believes me when I say 53 and have to show my drivers license as proof.

      It *can* be health related, but as a for instance, my cousin started losing his hair starting at 16. Yet he is one of the most physically active and health aware people I know. He eats well, exercises a lot, and attends to his mental health far more than most people. Yet by the time he was 20 he had a big bald patch and had receded very far.
      Pretty sure that DHT is the culprit, as he has a lot of other very masculine traits like a beard that is crazy thick, bristly and healthy, and a very deep voice.
      The thing is many women prefer this, and when he was in his late 20's he shaved his head entirely. It was at this point that a lot of women became attracted to him in a Very big way. I'm certain this has far more to do with his confidence though, when he let go of the hair being so important, everyone saw his confidence go way up.
      I cannot stress this enough (even though we've all been saying it for decades, if not centuries):*confidence is king.* But it's very important to know that cockiness is the exact opposite of confidence. Many men and women mistake one for the other, that's one of the reasons why you find so many women in abusive relationships.

    • @nathanwoodruff9422

Yet a year after he started taking steroids he was completely bald. I would bet good money your cousin is doing the exact same thing.
      As for women in abusive relationships, women love the very masculine traits that steroids produce. Then once she has dug her claws into him, she wants to change the man to not have those traits in him because she doesn't want any other women digging claws in him. He resents her for trying and once that trait is no longer there, she leaves him. It is not his fault she is in an abusive relationship that she started the abuse in. AND if you are... I would take a very good look at yourself.

    I took a closer look into the Edinburgh studies. It showed that while many of the genes responsible for MPB are located on the X chromosome, not all people who had high levels of them expressed the trait themselves (to a great extent at least), and scientists used that discovery as an example to conclude that there's no accurate way to predict hair loss. I felt like that could've been explained better in the video.

    I never did. (I always washed my hair every or every other day, though). And at 62 I still have a full head of hair, apart from a very moderately receding hairline.
    Unlike my maternal grandfather who was very bald when he died of lung cancer at 49
    (so much for inheriting baldness from you mother's father).
    Does that mean then that smoking causes baldness? Hardly, since my dad smoked for decades and still kept his big curly mane all his life, although it had thinned some when he died at 82.
    By the way, women don't necessarily consider baldness unattractive, so don't worry too much about hairloss.

    Here's my theory about balding. 7. Scalp massages have been shown to increase hair-growth, but not reliably.
In otherwords, if your parents did not deal with stress well and caused them to go bald, you will likely not be able to deal with stress well because you've not been taught how to do so.
    Now, consider the fact that the hair-loss industry is worth 4 Billion annually they have no incentive to tell you about this. Also consider that, in the worst case none of this will work, but at least you're decreasing stress, correcting your posture and eating healthy. Which has benefits across the spectrum.

    • @fishshit
      @fishshit 5 лет назад +2

      you know whats crazy about your theory is i literally have felt and came to the near same conclusions you pointed out about stress, posture, and how it tenses ur muscles, i started smoking weed this year as an adult and it defintely increased my mind muscle connection and have felt how my body reacts to stress via my muscles, and have felt when im in a more relaxed enviroment my posture looks more healthy and my body feels more comfortable, and have also noticed the link you pointed out about neck and the back of your head muscles

    • @Rope257
      @Rope257 5 лет назад

      @@fishshit Personally I meditate instead of smoking weed, both will suffice in breaking the focus on thought. I have my own idea about what certain sages meant by "opening your third eye". I believe that the third eye is said to be situated slightly above the brow area because that's where most of the tension goes when you're stressed, thinking excessively or angry. So that "opening" it simply means releasing the tension at the brow area so that you're focusing on what's going on around you again. Same goes for the crown area of the head, I feel most of the tension I have is stored there along with the brow area. That's why relieving stress, either through weed or another means is the way to go.
      I hope that becoming more aware of your muscle tension will help you out. Good day my dude!

    I have had success fighting my bald patch style hair loss by doing these four things. Some of which you do not cover in your video. I take Finasteride which is actually incredibly cheap for me in the US. I buy the generic and I have to split the pill into four pieces but it's cheap. I use minoxidil (Rogaine) which blows my mind that this wasn't brought up in the video as it is so popular and has been used for a long time (no matter if it works or not, it should of been mentioned). I take Biotin supplements, which was mentioned but not as a stand alone supplement. I also use Nioxin shampoo and conditioner, which goes against your claim that shampoos don't work. I am no expert but a googled it and found at least one blinded study that supported their claim.
    I am not trying to be too critical, I actually really enjoyed your video and learned a lot. I think if you included some of those things I mentioned (even if they need to be debunked or not) this could be the most informative video on the internet about hair loss. I learned a lot about the hair growth and hair loss process, loved the visualizations of the process. I learned I need to wash my hair more often because I do think I have a higher production of Sebum, so this was great information. Also the tip on the hair dryer over towel was nice. Great video!

      I'm going to back you up, Rogaine was amazing! But for the time I used it, It makes your hair grow like crazy so long as you keep up using it daily, the second i stopped supplying it, my hair started to thin again. Biotin is pretty safe tho and quite helpful, I'll have to try that!

    • @johnwhite1103
      @johnwhite1103 5 лет назад

      @@Eseckiels Ya Minoxidil at 100% is not good for you, which is the same with most drugs. When diluted at 2-5%, it's perfectly safe. Pretty sure the FDA would nip that in the bud if it was unsafe. Besides there would be widespread cases of minoxidil poisoning based on how popular it is, if what you were saying were the case.

      Just a mutation that didn't kill us off, I speculate.
      Evolution isn't progress or improvement through the generations (though that can definitely happen), it's just diversity through the generations.
      Some traits that arise through mutations are beneficial, some are detrimental, and some don't really do much.
      Since hair loss wasn't so detrimental as to kill off those who had it, it's a trait that would continue as long as those people bred.

    • @TomsWhip

      Vitamin D would be my guess, as most people are in severe deficit in the north where i live (scandinavia). another factor is simply regression, a trait that is no longer necessary or superflous in our current environment (like cave lizards losing their eyes after generations in perfect darkness, etc)
