Hi Cort and Ibanez are made in the same Cort factory. Cort makes guitars for Ibanez, PRS (SE line), Schecter, Squier, Gretsch and others. Cort is the main manufacturer with Gibson and Fender, there are no other big scale factory. And soon Fender is moving to Asia so, i guess Cort will eventually buy Fender like CBS did back in the day. But instead of making sh!ty guitars like CBS, Cort knows what they´re doing. Been making guitars for the last 50 years, I think they begun in Korea and expanded to indonesia and China.
