I don't know why, but youtube plays these videos on autoplay whenever i fall asleep. I don't even play Total War, and i know nothing about Warhammer lol.

@Turin, it's great to see the hellcannon in action - it shines vs infantry but it's also good vs monster units! You might want to get the cheaper version though (for domination the rate of fire and ammo are enough for the basic hell cannon) and keep it in reserve (similar to the empire rocket artillery) and call it only if the oponent has brought infantry spam. That would give you 1200-1550 extra points in the initial army to be used for actual units to capture the objectives. One last thing, the knights of immolation are a very expensive unit and the fact that flyers got 0 capture weight is a big disadvantage for domination - you might want to switch to regular chaos knights which are cheaper and may contest objectives. You miss the mobility from flying but your save enough to have some spare skirmish unit (i.e dogs) for artillery hunting and diving the backline.
The main reason i like watching you play WOC is because they're very diverse and you can play them a lot of different ways (in terms of which heroes you bring).

Hell cannons are dodgeable . Chosens paired with festus, then rot knights and you would have been fine vs norska :) fun games, well played you and Boss Toss, it is great to see new faces entering the mp scene
Chosen Halberds does seem a lot better than Great Weapons. For 50 less gold you trade 12 MA for 10 MD (MD is in general a better stat than MA), you lose a little bit of charge bonus and armour piercing but you trade that for a massive 26 bonus vs large and charge defense/reflection. Because of the higher MD Halberds should actually trade just as well or even better against most things while also decimating large units. Pretty much the only advantage of Great Weapons is that they deal damage faster to non-large targets.
Idk how total war 40k would even work. A space marine faction woukd basically have all the units being aspiring champions here. 12 dudes just killing entire regiments
Tipp for the Dark Elf player no more Dread knights for them you can take 3x cold one knights anti large and you do not need too start with dark riders reaper crossbow normal darkshards are ok and those dark riders xbows come in the back. And high tier infantry is a bait 90% the time they do not work. And Meta lords are Malikith of dragon or Supreme Sorceresses of Dark Magic on a Dragon and you take only soul stealer and with boy Malikith you can take his breath ability. That are my two sense.
dreadquakes are such a meme in multiplayer, but... in a head to head campaign when you got 3 armies facing against 3 other armies, that unit is amazingly good fun! chaos dwarfs in head to head are bruuutal

@@turinRTS Same problem here. The difference in quality is very noticeable on my laptop, 1440p60 looks maybe a tiny bit better than 720p (HP ProBook 470 G4), but i also notice it on my iPhone 15, so maybe old hardware isn't the problem? PS: I'm using Firefox on pc and the official app on my phone

a final transmutation caster in the final would've been clutch... You can expect norsca to bring a mammoth core ungabunga, that spell cleans up.
Love watching WoC. You playing them got me into MP last year. They have so many options it never gets boring.

Hellcannon did great for you here! Maybe it's worth considering in the Chaos Dwarfs lineup as well? I never see it be used there.

I think if you just kept the hell canon on the Mammoth in that last game it could have killed it. Otherwise great tournament Turin !
