    I have panned gold that was small as an oil slick . What about putting your sand in a ball mill with Mercury , What about Eco goldex leaching and capturing with Ion Exchange resin . If you can see it , then you can pan it . Maybe a centrifuge concentrator . Probably not worth trying with Acid . Cheers Ned . 👍✌

    I like your channel I would like to remark that I noticed two things:- 1. I saw gold floating when you panned. Why not use a bit of dishwasher soap to break the surface tension. Otherwise the floating gold leaves your pan. 2. try taking a 5 gallon container, add a liter sand in the clean container. fill with about three gallons of water. Add a teaspoon of dishwashing soap. stir the water very well in one direction, creating a strong whirlpool. Let it die down till there is no more moving water. Scoop out or draw out the water using gravity and a small plastic pipe. keep the pipe at the side of the container. I think most of the gold will concentrate in the middle of your container. alternatively leave the water in your container and draw out the material in the middle of the container with the plastic pipe and water into another container. maybe it can work to get a bigger concentrate of the gold.😄

    Good luck to both of us...😎✌️🤙

    I am weary to remove the magnetics, because i believe gold and iron like each other. I test each time

    • @myadventure7069
      @myadventure7069  5 месяцев назад +1

      No they are in the same area but they don’t like be together. If you don’t remove iron your gold newer dissolve’s. I made video about that. And at all evribody have wrong idea Hou gold is became gold. I like to explain that but not enuf English words.you know gold once was liquid so keep liking for places where gold fluids was flowing . One day I make video about that .

    I have the same challenge, I have a mine in Nevada with many tons of similar sized gold. IMO the first steps are buying a series of duplex jigs (or make a fluid bed) followed by a high quality centrifugal concentrator.

    • @myadventure7069
      @myadventure7069  11 месяцев назад

      @goodmoodgoodday5385 yes I try to leach with eco goldex. . But after 5 days of leaching I still see the gold in that sand. I stop plaing with that eco goldex . I think I don’t know hou to work with that eco goldex .

      There us another method using Sodium Thiosulphate and some other chemical. I heard about recently, should be effective like the cyanide treatment but far less harmful to you and the environment. May its worth to dive deeper into the matter?

      I here that but I newer see any information abouth that. I don’t want get burn like eco goldex .

    The question I have is how much gold is there in the sand to start with? Do you know? That is my question to you. Could you answer this for us? If you have a rough estimate that is fine. The next step after verifying the economics is the do the intermediate process using whatever works. Then afterwards run it through a table or acid. and maybe both table then acid, Correct? If you are looking for an economical process you need to verify its value. I love cheap and like to experiment given unlimited raw material. Using a homemade or cheap middle process will likely loose some values. Have you tried electrostatics?

    Looks like a bucket i have. I was thinking of using a 5 gallon bucket or maybe smaller, attach it to a drill bit and securing it may be through either a metal plate and some screws or somehow. And then putting the concentrates in the bucket with a little bit of water at an angle and spinning the bucket adding new water into the bucket flowing the lighter material out of the bucket. Leaving behind all the heavier material at the bottom of the bucket. It's basically a blue Bowl tilted to the side attached to a cordless drill which can be utilized in the field or at home

    So, after you got this the best formula in the end of the video, so the right process : the sand + hcl + h2o2 then get the consentrate. Or just follow 2 step process like full video, process 1, the sand + hcl + potassium nitrate, add urea till no bubble, precipitate with alumunium, filter, then continue process 2, add little hcl and little h2o2. Please correct me if wrong. big thanks

    Great information on you video as always great job. Question: you used the aluminum to concentrate more gold would you get the same results with electrolysis instead of the aluminum?

    I was going to buy a salad spinner from the grocery store or maybe online. It's a little plastic Bowl inside of another plastic Bowl you can push down or squeeze and it spins the liquid out of your salad to a centrifuge separator. Or centrifical Force whatever you want to call it or you can just buy a blue Bowl the blue bowl is a equipment that you can pour your sand and concentrates into and all the letter material will pass down through the center hole leaving the heavy material at the bottom

      @@myadventure7069 Just FYI, I poured a silicone bottom in my blue bowl (videos on RUclips will show how) which makes the bottom much stickier and I added a banjo pan under the central drain to operate as a secondary method of collection.
      The silicon does work better, but it's also more difficult to get out the gold when you're done.
