Hi, most likely there is a short happening somewhere causing fuse to burn. You will have to start by inspecting all wiring and electrical connections. Short could also be caused by faulty wiper switch or wiper motor
You should also note that while troubleshooting a rear wiper motor not working, the motor will not operate with the tailgate open. You can check all the fuses and relays to be in working order, but unless the tailgate is closed it will not operate
Hi, unfortunately it will not. If fuse was the problem both wipers wouldn't work. Also wiper motor should be good if one wiper works. First inspect the faulty wiper arm and make sure the bolt holding it is tight. If that doesn't help it you will have to disassemble everything and inspect all components as something might got detached

But first make sure to check the light bulb and then inspect / clean socket using electrical contact cleaner. Then test using multimeter if power is coming to the socket if still not good
I replaced the 25 amperage fuse in #29 twice and it instantly burnt them both out when I hit the wiper lever. I'm at a complete loss.

@@QuiteAlright the bulb is working, but just for breaks, it's no blinking.

Why do I hear the motor but the blades don't move, I had alot of ice on top and did not move it when I went to turn it on
Probably the link arm got disconnected. Try removing the arms, inspecting everything and then refit the arms
