@@michaelomg5273bro it's a sim rig it's realistic shifting if you play any sim racing game and shiftings just as important in the sim games aswell like in beaming you can stall if you aren't smooth with the clutch you can also break your synchronizers shifting is also te easiest to simulate because you don't have to simulate wheel forces there's a clutch pedal and the shifter is hard to get wrong
For rally racing the cars are sequential (I think) That's why he's rocking it back and forth Rock it back to move up a gear move it foward to go down a gear
Maybe there's something wrong with me but let me tell you about this. In my friends house, on his setup, assetto corsa, No Hesi 770hp Shelby GT350R i was driving on nurburgring nordshleife. When i was on straights, turns, anywhere, my shifts were quick as hell. Maybe not all of you will believe this, i didn't even looked at RPM needle, i was listening to engine sound and i've heard the time to shift. Quick shifted it like it was sequential. Sometimes i missshifted but it didn't happened too often. But in real life, i can't shift that fast. I don't know how, but i can't explain how that happened.
Im sorry but i drive a manuel daily and ive perty much figured out what gear im in but when it comes to sim racing im not going with the Logitech shifter I've had problems in the past where it would go into a gear and its the only one ive had this problem not to mention bro its missing gears but ive found that sim racing is a good way to get kids into getting used to a manual transmission without having to worry about your kid grinding your gears or stalling out
