True. The difference with Bubble Girl is that she doesn't have a reason to be dressed in such a skimpy way. For Momo and Midnight it's related to their quirk and Camie has a very eccentric personality. Bubble Girl on the other hand, seems pretty normal for wearing something like that, and while her quirk benefits somewhat from exposed skin, there's no point in the underboob and unbuttoned short shorts showing her crack. Not to mention that if the quirk is the reason, then wearing gloves makes no sense for her.

We do know that Hero rankings take into consideration both merit and popularity so it isn't really that weird for a hero to choose to design their costume in a way that leverages their physical appeal too. And in regards to her personality, we've only really seen her interacting with her boss, co-workers and fighting villains, it's different than someone like Mount Lady who we've seen playing to crowds, casually hanging out with Kamui Woods and Death Arms, a brief look at her off time during Mineta's internship, and in a more serious situation in the Bakugo rescue arc.

The pacing of the story is based on the manga and the author who wrote it. The animation company and staff has nothing to do with the story plot, they are only responsible for the animation and dialogue translation from the manga as source material.
The studio decides how much goes into each individual episode. Dont underestimate how much a studio can change the pacing of a manga. Tokyo ghoul is a pretty good example of this. You can drag things out or speed things forward, that's part of directors job requirement.

I agree with you on Midnight. Midnight wears her outfit just because she likes it but for Momo, one could argue that her outfit is solely because of her power... Her short skirt & no sleeves are quite normal anyway... The only part of Momo's outfit that really stands out is the exposed part between her breast but we have seen that entire area come to play in creating certain objects. One could argue that Momo only has her outfit because it's a requirement.

I like how parallel All Might and Night Eye are on how they choose their apprentice. Nighteye looked for someone who's almost similar to All Might while All Might looked for someone who's almost similar to Nighteye (well for being a fanboy and a strategical thinker at least).

Simplified, filler episodes are non-canon episodes that aren’t from the source material. Filler episodes are more common when it comes to long running anime that don’t have breaks (Dragon Ball, Sailor Moon, Naruto, One Piece, etc.). When an anime catches up too close to where the manga is currently at the anime will fill in their time slot with original episodes in hopes of giving the manga more time to make more chapters. My Hero Academia doesn’t have this issue because they only air 24 episodes every once in a while instead of airing non-stop like the example anime I mentioned. My Hero Academia still has some filler episodes though. The first episodes of season 3 and 4 were added to remind people what happened as recaps since they aired like a year apart. There was the Froppy episode because she was increasingly popular then there was the love episode because the TV network wanted all their shows to do a love theme for their charity.
the hero rankings are updated once every 6 months, endeavour is still currently no.2 but everyone knows he's going to become the new no.1 hawks the guy tokoyami is going to work under is the current no.3 so the ranking was All Might no.1 Endeavour no.2 Hawks no.3
Bubble chic is a purely fan made creation that won a competition held by Hori himself (Manga creator). Since Hori is also slightly self proclaimed pervy it's no wonder he chose that design over other fan made stuff.

1. There is no pacing issue since this is how slow it was in the manga so that’s why it’s slow. And 2. That Tokoyami stuff is not going to be seen as it was never seen in the manga it was just mentioned. The showing in the anime is just fan service.
It's not the same director this season and a lot of the staff in the studio were on the team for the new movie that is coming out, but the movie is technically made for manga peeps only. Doesn't mean you guys CAN'T watch it, it's just that the new movie takes place after season 4 and somewhere around season 5. The studio also hired a lot of freelanced animators to come in and fill in the spots to help animate these episodes.
To clear up something about Nighteyes quirk, he doesn't need to maintain eyesight with you to use it. Once it's set from the initial touch and eyelock, he can see your future, wherever you are. So blocking his vision doesn't actually stop him from seeing what you'll do.

Main animators/staff were working on the newest movie so they had other staff work on the season unfortunately. I'm not sure if it's been mentioned before or not but just making sure. :> Also that this arc has been the longest in terms of chapters so I'm guess the director had to change the pacing so that it's half the season. If I remember they did go over an episode of the half-point, but still. :/
Season 4 only looks to be moving slowly because now we've had three seasons worth of establishing the characters, world and rules, it can afford to ramp up and deliver more complex storylines that help move the characters along their journeys and display their growth since their introduction. Episodes 1 to 7 are the deep breath, then Episodes 8 to 14 are the plunge. If you tried throwing yourself headfirst into the action of this season, it wouldn't be half as impactful as it is.

So if one of my cats were in the FOV, I wouldn't be able to teleport.) Or 2) Split Insanity. - A split quirk, where one personality is sane, but is essentially a Quirkless person. And a personality that's completely insane, but has enough strength to stand on a wall. With extreme concentration, both personalities could work together. What about anyone else?

Simplified, filler episodes are non-canon episodes that aren’t from the source material. Filler episodes are more common when it comes to long running anime that don’t have breaks (Dragon Ball, Sailor Moon, Naruto, One Piece, etc.). When an anime catches up too close to where the manga is currently at the anime will fill in their time slot with original episodes in hopes of giving the manga more time to make more chapters. My Hero Academia doesn’t have this issue because they only air 24 episodes every once in a while instead of airing non-stop like the example anime I mentioned. My Hero Academia still has some filler episodes though. The first episodes of season 3 and 4 were added to remind people what happened as recaps since they aired like a year apart. There was the Froppy episode because she was increasingly popular then there was the love episode because the TV network wanted all their shows to do a love theme for their charity.

Bubble chic is a purely fan made creation that won a competition held by Hori himself (Manga creator). Since Hori is also slightly self proclaimed pervy it's no wonder he chose that design over other fan made stuff.

Season 4's format is kinda strange compared to the previous 3, it does seem to start slow but in hindsight it works in whole.
There is no pacing issue in My Hero it is going at the same pace as the manga

It's not the same director this season and a lot of the staff in the studio were on the team for the new movie that is coming out, but the movie is technically made for manga peeps only. Doesn't mean you guys CAN'T watch it, it's just that the new movie takes place after season 4 and somewhere around season 5.
The studio also hired a lot of freelanced animators to come in and fill in the spots to help animate these episodes.

To clear up something about Nighteyes quirk, he doesn't need to maintain eyesight with you to use it. Once it's set from the initial touch and eyelock, he can see your future, wherever you are. So blocking his vision doesn't actually stop him from seeing what you'll do.

Also that this arc has been the longest in terms of chapters so I'm guess the director had to change the pacing so that it's half the season. If I remember they did go over an episode of the half-point, but still. :/

Season 4 only looks to be moving slowly because now we've had three seasons worth of establishing the characters, world and rules, it can afford to ramp up and deliver more complex storylines that help move the characters along their journeys and display their growth since their introduction. Episodes 1 to 7 are the deep breath, then Episodes 8 to 14 are the plunge. If you tried throwing yourself headfirst into the action of this season, it wouldn't be half as impactful as it is.

If i could have a Quirk, I'm split between 2.
Either 1) Teleportation. - It would activate when you blinked, but like Eraserhead's, only when you wanted it to. And you have to perfectly picture what you'd be looking at after you teleported (i.e. If I wanted to teleport to my room, I'd have picture the wall I'd be looking at. So if one of my cats were in the FOV, I wouldn't be able to teleport.)
Or 2) Split Insanity. - A split quirk, where one personality is sane, but is essentially a Quirkless person. And a personality that's completely insane, but has enough strength to stand on a wall.
With extreme concentration, both personalities could work together.
What about anyone else?
If the Split Insanity one were to be done in MHA, it would be real awesome if done well ngl

There's always someone who has to come and defend Bubble Girl's design. Do you ever wonder why nobody really complains about Momo but so many people complain about Bubble Girl? Because Momo actually has a good design. Bubble Girl's is garbage. It's not just that there is underboob, it's that the fan who created it was clearly just horny and has no actual design sense. Everything about it is bad, the underboob is just the most obvious.
MHA has plenty of sexy character designs that work. Bubble Girl does not. It's bad.
