thats probably true however he has some bad reputation of loose remarks against many opponents in the past . even most of the global chess community lambasted and chided him for his recent comments as also FIDE had cleared any doubts. if at all such points should ideally be raised strongly before such a big tournament begins. if any one starts making accusations direct or indirect during a tournament without proofs then sparks might fly no matter whosoever it is.

Great video by Sagar - you can clearly see there is good history between the 2. lot of comments here are poking fun at Kramnik , bit understandable but I think he has some valid points - having media in the play hall is bit too much as it could be distracting to some players. Kramniks point seems valid in that aspect as you dont see that in any other sport - when players are competing media is not so close to players in none of the other sports but at the same time Sagar and his team have raised lot of awareness around chess so it should not be discouraged. important to find balance across the 2.
This video shows why we love Sagar! ❤ And yes we must appreciate Kramnik for agreeing to this and in some ways he is right!! But the only problem is the timing of his complaints...

It's an interesting interview...
"Forgive and forget" gold medal to Sagar Shah.
But it's not correct to be so forgiving because Kramnik has not just accused Chessbase India but Gukesh of "chea...".
We can forgive personal attacks but not on our country's leading player.
Yessssssss🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
This lie was spread by other peoples who have grudge against kramnik, looks like they're successful afterall you guys are so angry.
Yes..the boy has been playing exceptional chess for long time now and trying to lower his morale is not good
Filing complain becouse there is phone on the table IS NOT THE SAME as acusing someone of cheating. He and everybody else with common sense dont want to see phones near players.
So there is nothing to forgive he didint acused anyone. The phone was on the board let arbiters investigate and react...
He didn't say Indian team is cheating, he repeatedly said that he has nothing against India.
Kudos to Sagar for acting normal and not behaving like an uneducated and irrational brat like most of the comment section is doing. Most Indians lack critical thinking, we take everything as an attack. 😑
thats probably true however he has some bad reputation of loose remarks against many opponents in the past . even most of the global chess community lambasted and chided him for his recent comments as also FIDE had cleared any doubts. if at all such points should ideally be raised strongly before such a big tournament begins. if any one starts making accusations direct or indirect during a tournament without proofs then sparks might fly no matter whosoever it is.
Sagar, you are an absolute class act!
Sagar needs iphone16 with the studio audio feature
gracefully done sagar bhai
LET LOVE PREVAIL. GREAT VIDEO.
Bro humbled real fast
Kramnik is very sweet
I predicted this interview right after the controversy . just the gem of a person sagar is
Sagar Shah could now be safely given a Honorary Consul Role in the Diplomatic core by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of India. Brilliantly handled, this potential explosive situation 😁👏 A great Ambassador of Chess and India👌
Sagar shah is the sweetest. Doesnt keep enemities with anyone
this kramnik looks alike guy is very very humble
Great video by Sagar - you can clearly see there is good history between the 2. lot of comments here are poking fun at Kramnik , bit understandable but I think he has some valid points - having media in the play hall is bit too much as it could be distracting to some players. Kramniks point seems valid in that aspect as you dont see that in any other sport - when players are competing media is not so close to players in none of the other sports but at the same time Sagar and his team have raised lot of awareness around chess so it should not be discouraged. important to find balance across the 2.
I wish there's could be more journalist like sagar who never try sensationalize things and try to be objective and dong work sincerely.
This video shows why we love Sagar! ❤ And yes we must appreciate Kramnik for agreeing to this and in some ways he is right!! But the only problem is the timing of his complaints...
Fantastic professionalism from Chessbase India. I think the mobile phones are an issue. But noone seriously doubted the integrity of the Indians. Good job.
Kramnik is soo commited as Uzbec's trainer. It shows in his conduct. Respect
Sagar Shah is the definition of grace !
