Thanks. Yeah, you do have to tweak a few CVs to get Tsunamis to run smoothly. Also, your track plan is very cleverly thought out, offering plenty of switching action whilst looking maintaining a nice spacious look. Great work!
Tom Starcevich Hi Tom, thanks for watching. Your right about the cars, it's on my list of things to do. Not plucked up the courage to do it yet though! 😊 Keith
Great switching/industrial area!Did you use any rail bed on your sidings? If so, what? I've been going back and forth on whether I should or just let the track lay flat on surface. Thanks!
Dayton Craig Hi Dayton thanks for the nice comments. The track is laid on 1/8 cork bed. I think this does help to reduce noise slightly. The areas between the tracks have been filled with Das modelling clay, this gives the impression of the track being level with the ground.
Thatguyy75 Hi, thank you for watching and commenting. I hope you will get as much enjoyment from building and operating your layout as I do mine. Put a video up when you're done. ☺
Thatguyy75 Good to hear that. If you need any info or help on how do do something you can always ask me. I may not always know the answer, but I'll do my best!
CSX RENSVILLE some ok news, if not doing a switching layout but I am doing a little spur of the main line I'm doing! It will have branches to factory's, but that's in the future, my dad still needs to expand but I need to start on what I have.
hi Keith ... awesome op session... great prototypical speed... thanks for sharing.. vinny
Your very welcome, thanks for watching.
Great layout and ops session! Looks so prototypical Love the MP15, I have the same same loco
Alcanman1 Thank you. I took inspiration from your layout and switching ops. It's a nice loco, still needs a bit of tweaking on the settings though.
