This is a great challenge.. I watched a seth feroce video 2 years ago and he said he does 100 pushups and 100 pull up before every workout.. I started doing that 2 years ago and I really noticed the changes especially when it comes to muscle endurance.. also it speeds up my pre workout in my system.. I’m addicted to push ups and pull-ups before I lift now.. if I don’t do it something seems off
Not to mention we don’t know how long he actually rested In between sets because the editing. No hate, i can do this routine with ease. I’m just stating the obvious.
A more challenging method is to alternate sets of pull-ups and push-ups. One you do as many pull-ups as you can to failure, then you immediately go into push-ups and do as many as you can to failure. You continue this cycle until you have reached 100 pull-ups and 200 push-ups.

I went on a pretty intense bulk where I gained 40 pounds so I know doing this challenge will be much harder than it was when I weighed less. Id love to be just as strong pound for pound while 40 pounds heavier if I work on it, but that's asking a lot honestly. I'm going to try and get there, but at the same time I think it's time I cut.

This is called 10mD popularized by zef zakaveli from the barbarians crew in brooklyn. You are supposed to do 100 pulls 200 push ups under 10 minutes with good form
Most push ups i did in the day was 74 in a row . I was shaking like mad at the end. That was either my last grade in high school or a bit after. Pull ups i suck at im lucky if i can do one i have to use a weight assisted machine. I should work at it way more. In my younger yrs i weighted only 175 so thats alot different im not sure what i can do now.
Damn, I always did 50 pulls up and the 100 push ups. Them pulls will have your arms burning. Will have to add 50 more pull ups to do this challenge and I’m up for it.
He should of showed us the breaks in-between pull ups the camera kept switching don't get me wrong the guys a stud love his videos it's a hard set I can do 50 nd 100 nd my arms are gone for days he's a big dude too I like him nd iron wolf 🇨🇮
Work on inverted rows or band assisted pull-ups. You can also work flexed arm hangs (use a bench if you need a bit of foot assistance.) work your dead hangs and try to build up to a two minute hang. Do 3-5 sets of 6-15 reps on the dynamic exercises and. Try to accumulate 2 minutes of total hang time for the flexed hang. Message me with any questions hope that helps!
I have been doing a combo like this for 2 months now. 100 pullups 100 pushups 100 burpees. The main difference is if I do 10 pullups I drop and do 10 pushups and do the 100 burpees at the end. Is it better to do the 100 reps in order?
Id say do ur pullups and pushups first then do ur burpees at the end to finish off. When you do ur cardio after your strength training itll reach into ur fat stores and help u burn fat
You can buy a door frame pull up bar, be careful when you mount it on the frame of the door, I have had them come loose and you end up in a heap on the floor.
You don't have to count them if you don't think he's doing them right. But I say look at the results, you might want to change up the way You doing them before you knock this man.

Man how long are you in the gym?
1.5 6days a week.. being in law enforcement.. training is my muse.. if I don’t lift…I’m off mentally. But 5 sets of 20 isn’t that time consuming..

during the covid lockdown we had to workout at home so i did 200 push ups and 200 sit ups nearly daily to stay in shape
