Every salesperson ever should learn how to treat their customers from Seth.
Sm wg It’s a lot easier to take your time for customers when you work in a store which sees maybe 10 customers in a workday, as compared to a retail store where you have to deal with hundreds of stressed out, frustrated customers
@@FacitOmniaVoluntas. Granted you have your point its different but the attitude and vibe he give is what every person in the service sector should emulate.. Some salesperson are straight up assholes acting like you owe them even though you're giving them business..
From a background in home lending, just by providing good customer service and building relationships with clients can generate huge amounts of sales even if the rate is not the most competitive on the market.
@Ginger Ginger Then maybe you ought to be doing something else.. clearly service sector doesn't suit you.. Take call center for example.. They deal with hundreds if not thousands of angry customers daily.. They have to deal with it because its their job.. Go pack chickens in supermarket behind the freezer where you dont have to meet people if you dont like customers..
