    Great video, proper informative, just be aware that sometimes the fitting loop may not line up properly based on snagging issues from the installation, what ever you do, DONT CROSS THREAD!

    Top notch. I knew it was something to do with the two valves, but one of them was a bit stiff and I didn't want to break the fitting.

    Mine is the flexi filling loop. We have had no problems with pressure until today (Low Pressure). The plumber showed me how to adjust it but it's been 8 months so I'd forgotten that there are 2 valves to turn. That one of the valves was hidden behind some towels didn't help me remember. 😂

    Very helpful, I have a a rigid fitting loop with the connector pipe already fitted. Very simple and easy.

    • @TravelingToday-yu9gv
      @TravelingToday-yu9gv Год назад +1

      I also have a unit with the filling loop already attached. (However, on the front of the boiler it refers to my using the green lever which mine doesn't have! That was frustrating!) I don't understand why the filling loop is not installed permanently as there are shutoff valves and the video says the installer may have "already fixed the filling leak and left the filling loop in place". Since repressurizing is something that often is needed and is quite normal, why take it off at all? Any ideas?

    • @stfuplsok

      @@TravelingToday-yu9gv it is by law not to install it permanently for safety reasons.

    What is the solution if you over pressurize by going into the red area. Hot water continues to run through the pipes non-stop. The Pressure Gauge get very hot and fogs up.

      Same here, and I share 'not george's sentiment, LMAO! No valves for refilling at the boiler. Thanks to 'hug', we clicked that we have a tank upstairs, blue valves did nothing, but there were two black on a braided connection which filled it up. Not one RUclips video with this scenario! Took about an hour to figure out in total! 😂
