Try fighting Xion using flash step, dodge rolls, guard and the drill counter. May not hit her but you surely will fly around twirling your key around your leg alot

Sure it’s very impressive when other people do level 1 all pro code no damage runs, but I find them kind of boring to watch. This is way more fun to watch, as he uses a lot of the mechanics to their fullest, and shows me ways of using them that I had never thought of before.
Imagine being a boss designed to make the player believe you’re unbeatable. You’ve been given all these abilities to choose from to mercilessly punish the player no holds barred. Only to be beaten by a level 50 player using the kingdom key. On top of that he just took a selfie with you in it and posted the whole fight Onto RUclips.
They need to improve the Keyblade switching speed and a few animations from the old abilities, dodge & guard so we can make give some space to ppl like Trueblade Seeker that make the fights into a real spectacle.

The super bosses in KH2FM and now KH3 are definitely in the same vein as some of the better DMC and Bayo bosses. Imo Astral Chain is a bit more on the simple side when it comes to character action combat. It's more of an RPG+ Adventure games with some action combat attached to it, similiar to Automata.
@@kwedl Once you get into the deep end of the postgame missions of astral chain, the mob groups they throw at you get pretty crazy. it's definitely a lot slower paced than bayo or dmc, but it's still really nutty.
i don’t think so. the thing about those games compared to kh is chaining combos from different weapons/styles on the fly. i feel like magic would have been that combo tool but critical destroys your MP bar, decreasing those options. keyblade switching in this game is too laggy to accomplish that either and it bogs the pace down when you attempt it mid-combo. if they’d decrease the lag or remove it, though, we could have good combos even with a nerfed MP bar
It's insanely impressive how a lot of people can time the switching delay with their combos. I'm jealous that I'm not one of them 😅🙃. Really hope next major game makes it more immediate so we can all experience stylish keyblade switching mid-combo the way it's intended
This guy knows the battle mechanics so hard to abuse the hell out of it. I salute you, good sir. That takes lots of skills to transition between keyblade mid-combo, let alone knowing which of the 3 keyblades you'll be utilizing at the time.
I love how you just don't continuously attack her I noticed there are some short pauses It looked so cool. Also you should use the warp strike move thing more.
I kind of wish they'd played with the concept introduced in Arendelle that even though lightning is her element, she can also use other types of magic. Like, have her at least use some ice magic for one of her moves, or during her desperation move, or maybe reference the ice labyrinth she trapped you in.

The earlier portion of the fight stands out to me more coz the flow there is a lot smoother (IMO) compared to the rest of the fight; taking damage at around the 1:18 mark cracked your rhythm, no? This was the only data battle I had zero strategy going into. Thought she would be tough considering she kept handing me my ass in kh2fm but she’s actually pretty easy here. Put her 3rd easiest right ahead of Luxord and Young Xehanort
You did a variation of a Light/Dark Form to Second Form combo I love to do: ground combo until Finishing Leap then switch to Kingdom Key for a smooth Ripple Drive. It looks amazing, and you could mix it up more as well. Also is it possible to stack enough HP/MP Walker abilities to make it count more in battle?
I always thought they should've remixed The 13th Reflection for Larxene, and use this track for a Lea fight during Kairis training or something. Just an idea.
you know, I am struggling with this boss and underleveled, but I just kept telling myself to suck it up people are doing this on critical. However after watching this, even though I have a higher hp bar, YOU ACTUALLY HAVE MORE ARMOR THAN ME LOL. stuff that does a quarter of your hp actually one shots me lol
Elemental Resists, same thing that was big on buying the ability to take a hit from Larx in 2FM, nearly everything she does hits Elec, so load up on Ribbons and other stuff with Thunder Resist, Defense is better than in KH2, but Resists are still great when dealing with clearly mono-typed damage like Larx
