i remember when i was a kid and first got my wi u, i actually regularly used wii u chat to talk to my friend darren. my mom didnt let me use her phone to call him, and he was my only friend that had a wii u, so we actually got a lot of use out of that. thanks wii u chat! :D

Just wanted to say, great special last night. That was a fantastic special and it really filled me with joy. Funny jokes, great cameos, just everything just came together. It really shows how far you’ve come in only 4 years. Also, the foreshadowing for the awesome baby episode, that happened again, with the blue border in every episode up until that point. Great job Scott.

No joke, the one and only time I've seen a white Wii U up close was from some Japanese dudes who were visiting my area and went to our local Smash tourneys. It was pretty cool playing on their setups where you get to play as Purin, Rizadon, Rosetta and Chiko, and Murabito.

The main difference between NSMBWii and U is the tile sets having bumpmaps, once you get an eye for it it’s easy to spot. Other than that, they really should’ve done a ton more with the game than they really did

aw yeah finally! ive been waiting for years for Scott to post a video on Scott's Stash on May 24th, 2021 titled The Wii U Spring 2013 Brochure! it's a dream come true!
Y'know, Mario U is really really fun on wii U, because boost mode is actually amazing. It's so much fun to try and stop mario from progressing. It's like a long 1v3 Mario party minigame and it's so much fun.
Because Nintendo is a company geared toward kids, especially during the Wii U/ 3DS era, Miiverse made sense because of how it gave kids a safe place to talk to other kids about the games they were playing
ayyy I still have this in my wii u storage box lol. Such a nice little booklet to flip through, I love how much quality went into these types of things back in this era
Fun fact: Nintendo also dumped those White 32GB Wii Us on their eBay page around 2018 when they were clearing stock for like $200 something. Deeply debated getting one and passed on it despite staring at it for several months because I didn't want to dump that kind of money on a Wii U in 2918. Deeply regret it now, but at least I eventually got a Zelda Wii U from a Goodwill for $30.
