- Welcome back to Phasmophobia! In this video we are doing the HARDEST challenge in Phasmophobia with the Tier 3 equipment. This was actually my FIRST TRY of that day and it turned into the most profitable run of Phasmo I've ever done. ENJOY!

im excited that the candles/lantern is getting a buff to it being viable for light. makes it super immersive and also makes sense
Fr. Firelights got overly nerfed in Ascension. I especially liked firelights to light a room when the ghost busted the lights. Not an option now unless you have t3 firelight and, while cool, not as thematic.
@@davidlewis1418agreed, the T1 firelight duration is way too low. At such I have to keep lighting up multiple firelights since it would burn out
Isn't the hardest challenge in the game just Friendly Ghost with the activity and such set to the lowest possible? That possibly combined with high roaming and high chance to change ghost room.

High chance to change ghost room does make it easier to rule out Goryo though.
@randomannoyance yeah with that it's impossible unless you have a Yurei, Banshee, Phantom, Mare, Poltergeist, Shade if you have a summoning circle and get lucky, Mimic, Twins, or Wraith. You can easily rule out Oni but not confirm it without a hunt.
Edit: you can also confirm a Thaye if you have the Ouiji board.
Your videos are great man, they made me pick up phasmophobia. Played it for 20 hours so far mostly with friends, and the amount of times i made them go "how did you know that?!" while figuring out the ghost with 1 or even 0 evidence because of things like wraith not stepping on salt, polter throwing 3-4 items in one action, twinteractions on the activity are crazy. Keep it up man.
I haven't played phasmophobia, I've been watching a lot of your videos, and you inspired me to get the game and grind, thanks insym 💪❤

Idk why the tier 3 headcam makes the game look so much better
Gives it the 'found footage' feel to it as if it was a scary film
Have you ever considered using the para-mic to pin point where the ghost is ? I found that it helps me quite a lot to get an idea of where the ghost starts hunting, as well as how far it is as any given moment, where its headed and how fast it is from a very safe distance and then i can plan a good spot to take a photo and also time the hunt to try taking the photo at the end of it. I can also tell when a hunt starts and some times i can see when the ghost changes room (ruling out goryo most of the times). Give me your thoughts on this :)

In case Insym wondering why the ghost just go up and down in specific hall (east/west) because the ghost designed hunt path mostly will be same as Sunny Meadows Restricted unless you bait it to the other side.
And if the ghost is in different section of area for example east wing to chapel then it hunt path mostly will go around middle area
Doesn’t matter what kind of difficulty is it’s just happen like that XD
Best item for this is the tier 3 paramic you can spectate the ghost from far away

Hey Insym! I won this challenge ON THE FIRST TRY a couple of months ago with only 30 hours in the game. No tier 3 headgear, no decent knowledge of the ghost abilities. HOWEVER, my lucky self had a Deogen as the ghost, which you are STILL FASTER than, even if the ghost is at full speed and you are at minimum! I only learned what a Deogen did days before attempting the challenge. I am so glad I don't have to actually try again 😅

the para mic cutting out (I believe) is caused by the ghost going up the stairs. from what i've seen, the para mic strangely only works when you're on the same floor as the ghost, which is really annoying when you're waiting for a banshee scream - you can't just sit upstairs and hold onto it. i could be wrong but last time i played, it seemed to be an instant cut out if i had it on and was walking up/down the stairs away from the ghost.

I did my Gold Trophy with a Deogen. I was so happy after hours of trying.
I did my Apocalypse 3 recently and the pure luck I had was unreal. It was a Deogen and my side objectives were cleanse area, escape hunt, and prevent hunt with crucifix and it was in the chapel. I couldn’t believe it

did you know you could actually just take a picture from a blown out candle several times and get interaction photo? 🤣🤣
It bugs me that he didn't take pics of the blown out lantern when next to the ghost. While there he said a few times that he wanted the ghost to throw something (to take a pic) while repeatedly relighting the lantern. 🤦♂
ghost didnt changed room probably because it didnt roam a lot because it started hunts before even having a chance to change a ghost room

Was there a purpose to the lantern when getting the photo other than visibility of the ghost during the event?
I completed it a couple days ago. It was my Challenge to do the Apocalypse Challenge before prestige. I got the 3 trophies in two games lol. For the golden one, I was seriously Lucky. Took me about 5 minutes XD I had the paramic and I heard the ghost going extremely fast, so I already knew it was either Thaye or Deo and I got the freaking Deo X! Took a pick, smudge and left XD (Should have bought a lottery ticket, that day XD)

@@lilpain1997 I hope you get lucky. It wasn't my first time trying the Gold Apocalypse Challenge. My very first time was a great try, but stupidity forgot to bring another smudge with me... Thinking I had on me still XD 🤣

Not insym but if it helps most ghosts can't hunt unless your 50% or below. keep the lights on and pay attention to sanity monitor then your safe! Atleast for a while. If you keep playing you will eventually get used to it all no worries king

I'm going to attempt the Apocalypse challenge this weekend. There's a high chance that I'll fail it based on the fact that I suck but that slim chance is too tempting to pass up.
Does anyone know how long the hunts are for this challenge? I'd like to keep an ear out for how long the hunts last so I can time it to help with test.
You can test if you hang around a light switch, try flicking it for the duration of the hunt, you will hear clicks when it isnt hunting

Goryo has a second less on smudge then other's so feels like it's more aggresive then other ghost's after you smudged aswell =)
Hey Insym. Heard you told during the stream (not sure it's in this video) that hallways can't ever be a ghostroom on big maps. But when I was achieving a bronze trophy the hallway was actually a ghostroom. I was playing against Hantu and it was extremely fast in the hallway and slow in adjacent rooms
Could have been that the Hantu spent more time in the hallway, resulting in it dropping the temperature of the hallway, thus moving faster.

Insym my man, you don't need to drop the paramic during a hunt until the ghost approaches the innermost circle on the screen. First circle is 10 meters range, second is 15 meters, third is 25 meters, last is 30 meters. You're dropping the paramic when the ghost was 25 meters away, but the ghost can't detect your electronics until it's within 7.5 meters of you (inside the innermost circle).

I tried this with a friend. We got the 15x multiplier at least it said 15x on the board in the lobby but I got 0,78x multiplier after the contract idk about him but for me it was 0,78x anyone know what happend there?

When the loot is 2 - 3 it’s so easy to identify.

I recently had the twins speak through the spirit box with two different voices. There was a male and a female voice. Can anyone confirm that this is a characteristic specific to the twins?
I know this is kind of late, but no. The only ones with an exclusive spirit box interaction is the Deogen, it can make a heavy breathing sound, and also the Moroi, but that affects sanity and is not a specific sound

If you have a console I’d love to watch you try seven days to die, I’m quite the veteran I’d say since I’ve played console 7dtd for about 6-7 years now and we have no new updates and just got wind of one. We’re still on alpha 17😭😊
