Rick Ryan. Story retold is Supercross the Movie. Legendary lol
Cole seely was legit fast as hell tho, same with Baggett. Only reason they didn't win a couple more was injuries and guys like villopoto dungey and tomac lol
Yeah plenty of dudes on factory bikes now who will never get a win
Baggets story ended early because RM Ktm fucked him over
@@evanburke4269 sad about what happened. He should be on a factory team
Puts in perspective just how dang hard it is to win at the top level
This title doesn't put enough respect on these riders. Everyone of these riders have done amazing things for and within this sport... True fans know.
Damn. This makes me miss when the speed Chanel covered supercross
Wow... honestly... don't know why Deegan wasn't on this. The bike huck just makes it onto that EPIC category.
His win wasn't in the premiere class.
@@jessebryant9233 Degan only won a heat race not a main event
They are talking about Brian Deegan….
@@brandonkee3293 😂😂😂
@@waynekavanagh745 back in the Stone Age of 1997 a Mr Brian Deegan won a main event on an ancient relic called a 125cc 2-stroke. But yea, not on this list because it was a regional support class.
Nathan Ramsey won his only premier class Supercross at Pontiac in 2002 by leading Ricky Carmichael (that years champion) in a Honda 1-2 finish
I always love a non factory rider taking a victory.
I think there should be a privateer point’s system and payout for shoestring budget racers.
Just to qualify for the main would be a dream for most of us
'No Fear' Marty Moates @ the 1980?? Carlsbad GP was one of the most Legendary Wins in Motocross!👍
There might be a Part II 👀
I thought same thing about deegan not being in this , but looks like it was the big class only
need an outdoor video. Canard comes to mind
The ending was kind of odd showing Josh Hills first win then turn to a podium interview by Andrew Short but none of his Win race footage?
For whatever reason, Seattle 2012 full race isn’t anywhere to be found. Kinda had to bury that one! Appreciate you watching to the end though
@@gdnproductions5727 It's all good👍😉
Ryan, Brayton, Short, and Osborne may be the least surprising. Who would have thought that Grant, Hill, or Seely would never win a second race at the time?
Surprising in terms of what? Osborne is kind of surprising
@@cactitiger
Least surprising in the sense of just one victory. So Osborne's win wasn't all that surprising, but his back issues that summer kind of ended his career. He never really raced SX again.
Honestly. Both of the Hill brothers are awesome talents. I'm positive Justin would've gotten a win had it not been for injury and whatever else that held him back from racing
@@RayNewton754 Justin never got close to winning a race
@@cactitiger 2018 Tampa SX
About 1/3 of guys that won a race in supercross, only got one
Deegan is one who only Won once in the premier Class & got fined for His Ghosting the bike over the finish line how could you forget that one
Double check that one lol
These guys were far from "one hit wonders" but I'm not sure how to describe great riders with long careers with only one win.
One hit wonders is accurate. There are plenty of great bands with amazing songs that won't ever even get to be one hit wonders. Doesn't mean they're not great.
