As someone who has worked with RCOC I will say this, they don’t care about the public, the intersections would be built in a safe manner if they or MDOT or Police were actually qualified for their positions. Be better, stop pretending to be unaware
That's only if you like courtrooms and some of us hate the government hate police and hate these slow boring unsatisfying court rooms. When I was a boy my dad told me people who always think of lawsuits are the worst kind of people on earth they are like the politicians they are like the numbers runners of the 40s. They are greedy and they are the type of people that are the exact problem. Because they are like a compliment of the red light runner.
