Sy baru install 1 unit DC inverter 5 star 1hp dalam master bedroom... overall sy rasa sejuk die kurang menyengat mcm ac lame sy jenama Beko.. adakah ini ciri2 inverter? Salah setting Atau ade masalah lain?

Hello, this one need to check if your BTU and HP is chosen correctly. But also, need to note that inverter is multi speed, so may take some time to cool the room.

En Faiz.. Saya guna unit yg sama. 1) Adakah normal kalau off unit, unit tak off? Several times kena on/off dekat remote baru unit off. 2) Kenapa bila press button, unit tak bunyi & display tak berubah, dekat remote saja berubah. Sudah on/off pluq beberapa kali masih sama. Saya sudah jem. Please guide & assist

This issue might be our sensor controller issue at indoor unit, or maybe remote sensor problem. Advice to report this case to customer service, let our expert tech visit customers and check on the problem properly.
