After the whole TNT incident between Alex and Steve, they (temporarily?) made a truce with each other. Now they are just living their regular lives doing regular minecraft things. Only thing is that Steve puts his vast knowledge to use and makes advanced ways of doing simple things that Alex is doing. Only thing is that he isn't doing it to rub in the fact that he is better, he's just getting the jobs done quicker, and hasn't totally given up his smugness. After being punched after showing off the mob grinder he made, he wonders why she's so angry at him, only to get caught out in the open by a Pillager raid/(scouting party?). He clearly shows that he hasn't practiced his fighting skills in awhile as he lets one of the Pillagers get the better of him, only for Alex to swoop in, brutally murder the one that got the better of him, grab Steve, and box him in a little hill for safety, and probably have him not experience the more dangerous side she has. Please note that this is just my take on things and not actually what is going on.
The amount of patience and control she has when around Steve. And then when all chaos breaks loose, she shows up. Now, all her built of rage and violence is breaking through her mental state...I foresee Alex going full beserk on the raiders...entering a frenzy.
He is trying to show her the wonders of automation, since it's basically all he knows. She is a hard-day's-work type of person, and is kinda sick of babysitting him whenever an unexpected variable appears.

É sim muito interessante ver uma animação de Mine que cativa a atenção assim, apesar dos efeitos sonoros meio toscos ainda sim seu trabalho é fenomenal, parabéns
What this animator shows is that this Steve has been playing Minecraft so long that he has figured out cheats and techniques to acquire specific materials for specific tasks and things efficiently. However, he has (unlike other Steves portrayed by other animators) forgotten what it means to be a beginner and TRUE Minecraft player. Sure you may have an iPhone to get information faster, but think how much we people would be in the dark if the internet crashed unexpectedly. We need to remember where we came from to achieve these brilliant feats and know what to do in certain situations that strip them away from us or render them useless. Steve was powerless and fearful of the Raid when they attacked him, proving that his arrogance and ego influenced him in moments to flash his technological prowess against a fresh-start Alex while indicating his forgotten past of being like her. A true Minecraft player doesn't only do "impressive" things like in Creative Mode, because you don't actually grasp the true and intended purpose of the game itself. Minecraft is a game where, yes, you could either survive in a world with monsters popping at night (with some exceptions) or start building things in a world using your imagination. However, Steve in this version treated his Survival world like a Creative world, forgetting that he only managed to acquire the materials to make those machines and contraptions by getting his hands dirty and putting his life on the line. In Creative worlds, you have a food and health bar that are frankly unnecessary while being able to pull anything out of a vast menu. Alex represents his forgotten past, which is what everyone needs to hold onto so that if your contraptions fail, you can still react perfectly against an unexpected yet old and familiar threat/situation. There are people like this version of Steve, and there are people like this version of Alex. But the truth is, a worthy and true Minecraft player needs to be both; they need to be able to remember what to do should they enter a scenario that puts them back on the same day that highlighted the first day you enter a Survival world while retaining the knowledge they have learned.
Since making these types of farms require lots of resources on land and underground, which steve would stumble upon many hostile mobs especially in caves and he would easily slaughter them. So it doesn't make sense on why steve was being puny as he's an experience player. I mean he got diamond equipments which can only be found deep in the caves where many dangerous mobs would spawn in
@@denzzz8918 You actually see a lot of experienced players, especially of the builder/redstoner sort, being pretty pathetic at pve. Pretty much all of the resources that Steve needs to make his contraptions can be farmed or gathered using automated methods, so he wouldn't have to actually do too much after he got past the early game. Some people are just not good at video games, even if they are fantastic at the less conventionally game-ish parts of minecraft
@@worthlesshuman5041 If we put this situation in real life, it still doesn't make much sense how Steve reacted. Years of experience will train you hard enough that even when you forget, you'd still have traces of it left on you. Once you learn how to play an instrument, stop playing it for a while, you won't approach the instrument like a beginner again when you see it (although your skills will definitely be rusty). Alex is getting portrayed as a She-hulk, carried by the convenience of plot and writing. At least the animation and art is nice though. She's attractive, and all the other characters are just as appealing (in a different sense).

@@duranahumadaangelroberto At least in this story. Yes. It’s an interesting take on the relationship of the two. Though I wonder why the creator of this story chose to have Alex be more combat capable than Steve given he’s been around in the game, literally since it’s release. I hope we learn more.
@@masonfreeman4349 The newest Minecraft trailers show Steve and Alex like Blue Monkey does which then it's showed here. My theory: Time made Steve smart, smartness him lazy, laziness him physically weak, physically weakness him immature. And that's how he stuck at. From start Alex joining the game has to take care of him and do everything else by herself. This made her tough. And it stuck.
Thought this was some lazy money grab made for kids considering the sound effects and the "vs" trope but pleasantly surprised when I saw the pillagers scene and the WONDERFUL animation! Anyone who puts that much effort into animation gets my respect! I'm also very impressed with the story and the detail that since steve doesn't fight mobs and instead uses a mob farm, he's not very good at fighting compared to Alex who actually fights mobs all the time and knows how to fight well! I also especially love the pillager designs and that animation when Alex was stabbing the pillager with the arrow :D
Boi, now that I look at this video with a fresh set of eyes, I definitely see cheap money grab minecraft animation things in this video. But based on other stuff, this guy is very cool.
Me gustaría ver en una ocasión ver a Steve aprender a luchar cuerpo a cuerpo como lo hace Alex, y ver a Álex aprender a usar máquinas para arreglar las cosas
I understand that people say Steve is stronger, but you can tell just by looking at how the two of them are designed that Steve is clearly the weaker in terms of combat prowess. Now this is not to say he isn't capable, but this Steve is an artificer or engineer. Meaning that, yes he is very strong in his own right as he most certainly mined and retrieved all of the materials himself, he most likely did so dressed to the nines in armor and copious amounts of explosives for protection. Alex on the other hand willing goes without armor into dangerous territory most likely cause it would weigh her down and prevent movement. Unlike Steve, she is skilled and very strong when it comes to fighting. And she isn't stupid either, she obviously is intelligent enough to have a basic grasp of redstone and how it works, but not to the degree steve does. They both have their strengths, and I can clearly see if Steve is in control of a situation, it would go much better for him, but Alex will break her way out of any problem she finds herself in through shear force of will and spite.
in "TNT," he's beaten as soon as alex gets her hands on him, so he has to stay on the run and keep leading her into traps. also notice that steve is physically smaller than Alex in this series. (in other versions, steve is usually larger than alex.) I like to think that in this universe, Steve is Alex's little brother that doesnt have much friends and wants her attention so he pesters or otherwise one-ups her so she'll play with him instead of doing her own thing
In short: Steve: Max INT Average STRENGTHS "Why would I risk getting hurt if I can prevent it?" Alex: Average INT Max STRENGTH "OH? You're approaching me? Instead of running away, you're coming closer, even do you've seen what I've done to your Illager friends? Like a goat, charging off a cliff. I'd say you are brave, but foolish is more likely. "
@@black97_0 that actually is the best analogy for them. It shows that Steve has still been at this for a long time, but has found ways to make life easier. Meanwhile Alex is basically kill first ask questions later.
I would like this to be turned into a series, the death stare from Alex is bonkers. Also, the combination of action, comedy and jiggle physics is perfect imo
Yeah and given how they censored the Steve Im Stuck video...Im just waiting on this one to be censored due to Alex's top jiggling as she ran with Steve to get him to safety. 1:43
This animation start from being like "Modern problems requires modern solutions" to a literal raid when there not even a village near them nor a bad omen.
there are those Annoying Scout groups of pillagers who spawn close to your base who are just there to suicide and give you the bad omen by force and if your base happens to be in the middle of a village... better be ready
What an evil man steve is, to actually make a mob farm that fast in results, he would have needed to clear a 60+ block radius of any dark area, which means he left that little patch of darkness for mobs to spawn just to show alex how inefficient manual mob hunting is.
That is true XD the people who actually do physical labor in MC can learn some nifty combat tricks and mechanics. Though same could go for builders though usually it ends up being they are more or less looking up those builds rather than making it themselves
Given that she's very much the physical one of the two, I've imagined this version of Alex to be pretty athletically fit, maybe a bit on the buff side. For me, it also emphasizes her viciousness in battle, especially in the second half of this when she parts the smoke in her diamond armor.
The reason why Alex is so strong is because she survived days without having a proper food. Also fights mobs like zombies, phantoms and spiders during that period. And Steve is like the modern day human where we have automatic stuff do for us like robots.
I always love these perfect matches in a duo. I very much love the brainy types of characters, but there is just something special about the salt of the Earth type turning their good, old fashion wrath switch on. You know that if you've turned them against you because of something _you_ did, you're about to have a bad time
Therapist: "so, how angry are you?" Alex: "I'm currently second in charge in the 'Tottaly pissed' club, next to Samus Aran, who became in charge after Hulk resigned."
My favorite part of this is imagining how long Steve stood there with that grin, waiting for Alex to happen to look his way so he could activate his wheat harvester lol
Since Steve now has a taste of what it’s like to get attacked in an emergency, in a couple episodes I expect to see at least 4 iron golems around him at all times XD
Steve wanted to impress alex with the farms He wasn't trying to make her feel bad That's why he had such a happy "look what I did" face while showing the farms
Steve and Alex here are like siblings. You heckle, torment, and generally just try to troll the other (sometimes going too far) all the time, but when the time comes, you'll do everything to keep them healthy. Also Steve is the trolling younger sibling, and Alex the overprotective older one.
I'm more of a physical player as I lack the patience to build automated machinery, I do however use redstone for a lot of non automated machines, like doors, music jingles, and player traps, lots of player traps, an unholy and unhealthy amount of player targeting traps.
@@orcslayer1933 Also if your friends use pressure plates to close doors that's just asking for trouble. Splash potions can cause effects through blocks, so put a dispenser facing up under the block with the pressure plate. Same for decorative buttons in their houses.
I only like the cobble generator if I'm on a one block island or something. Otherwise it's slow in my opinion to get cobble that way. We got a really good pickaxe and you don't have to wait for it to generate back that one half second or something you're going to immediately stop plowing through more cobblestone.
There is a sort of cobble generator that is made for an efficiency 5 netherite pickaxe. You can use that to afk cobblestone when you need them in large bulk.

This has a rather cool take on the illigers and also, I have to say that I am interested on how you might make the ravanger and vexes(the creatures from the evoker)
I think it's more to do that Steve is the only other person around, and survival is a lot easier when the work is split between more people. So she tolerates his antics because he probably is a bigger help than we see.
I’m pretty sure in the lore, Alex is the brains and Steve is the brawn, but this is cool. Alex seems to be the protective older sister and Steve is her mischievous younger brother.
I see alot of comments talking about steve being portrayed incorrectly, but i like this dynamic and their relation ship. But can we just talk about the animation though. Shit just took a massive u turn and soon as the threw the arrow back. Just perfection.
Personally, I think I'd say they tied. Tie for farming, as even though Steve could automatically collect the wheat, his farm is small, and he'll have to be go up and down to replant seeds, while Alex has a unknown sized, manual farm. A very close tie, which would be broken if Steve expands the farm. Alex won with mineing, cause steve won't get iron or diamonds from a cobble farm. Steve won for the mob drops and exp. (Though, the tie breaking combat round goes to Alex)
Well you're a idiot and everyone who said yes their all ties point is auto farms give more than doing it hands on plus it's easy to learn hell even the best players know this
But Steve did have diamond tools, so he probably did mine on his own He probably needs his armor in combat cuz he was literally jumped by the raid And ore automation is only possible with mods
Steve, in fact, does not need to go to the mines. It is enough just to find a village with inhabitants and develop it. Through trades with residents, you can get a full set of armor, weapons, tools with maximum levels of enchantment and endless food.
As a physical player myself, I understand Alex’s frustration. I tend not to use redstone, preferring to do things manually, and sometimes find myself frustrated when others build their mega bases and massive iron farms only to be incapable of defending themselves, instead hiding behind gear
I've realized something. This person's take on the pillagers and the whole illager faction as a whole is that they're undead warriors wearing wooden crates that resemble what they look like in-game. Pretty interesting, I like it.

I'm glad that my intentions have been accurately communicated.

That's deep
Since making these types of farms require lots of resources on land and underground, which steve would stumble upon many hostile mobs especially in caves and he would easily slaughter them. So it doesn't make sense on why steve was being puny as he's an experience player. I mean he got diamond equipments which can only be found deep in the caves where many dangerous mobs would spawn in
@@denzzz8918
You actually see a lot of experienced players, especially of the builder/redstoner sort, being pretty pathetic at pve.
@@t1Pz
Have you watched people play minecraft? Especially at harder difficulties, people like the less PvE skilled hermitcraft players (experienced builder/redstone types) have displayed an equivalent surprise and death at unexpected danger. Again, some veteran players die countless times in minecraft because they are just not very good at video games

I really love the pillager designs. They look so unique.
Agreed
They both are strong Steve here just don’t know to fight even when he can in original
@@Bluemoogaming yea
in "TNT," he's beaten as soon as alex gets her hands on him, so he has to stay on the run and keep leading her into traps. also notice that steve is physically smaller than Alex in this series. (in other versions, steve is usually larger than alex.)
I like to think that in this universe, Steve is Alex's little brother that doesnt have much friends and wants her attention so he pesters or otherwise one-ups her so she'll play with him instead of doing her own thing
In short:
Steve:
Max INT
Average STRENGTHS
"Why would I risk getting hurt if I can prevent it?"
Alex:
Average INT
Max STRENGTH

What an evil man steve is, to actually make a mob farm that fast in results, he would have needed to clear a 60+ block radius of any dark area, which means he left that little patch of darkness for mobs to spawn just to show alex how inefficient manual mob hunting is.
Inefficient but I still use manual hunting.
I love how Alex is not a typical waifu, and yes a woman fighter. Same with Steve
That is true XD the people who actually do physical labor in MC can learn some nifty combat tricks and mechanics. Though same could go for builders though usually it ends up being they are more or less looking up those builds rather than making it themselves

1:40 the only thing they fear is her *doom music start playing*
At least Alex forgave Steve, also it took me a moment to realize these dudes were Husks
The reason why Alex is so strong is because she survived days without having a proper food. Also fights mobs like zombies, phantoms and spiders during that period. And Steve is like the modern day human where we have automatic stuff do for us like robots.
I always love these perfect matches in a duo. I very much love the brainy types of characters, but there is just something special about the salt of the Earth type turning their good, old fashion wrath switch on. even after battering, blowing her up, and just generally harassing alex, she still cares for him, or is that just the plot?
I think it's more to do that Steve is the only other person around, and survival is a lot easier when the work is split between more people. So she tolerates his antics because he probably is a bigger help than we see.
Honestly I just think she saved his ass cause life is boring during the day
I’m pretty sure in the lore, Alex is the brains and Steve is the brawn, but this is cool. Alex seems to be the protective older sister and Steve is her mischievous younger brother.
I love when animators represent Alex like a professional warrior, and this is my favorite
Tbh they both shouldve been warriors, steve just looks like a girl with short hair ☠
Well you're a idiot and everyone who said yes their all ties point is auto farms give more than doing it hands on plus it's easy to learn hell even the best players know this
But Steve did have diamond tools, so he probably did mine on his own
He probably needs his armor in combat cuz he was literally jumped by the raid
And ore automation is only possible with mods
Steve, in fact, does not need to go to the mines. It is enough just to find a village with inhabitants and develop it. Through trades with residents, you can get a full set of armor, weapons, tools with maximum levels of enchantment and endless food.
Puedes tener todos las granjas, mecanismos y demas, pero nunca dejes de entrenar para una pelea
As a physical player myself, I understand Alex’s frustration. I tend not to use redstone, preferring to do things manually, and sometimes find myself frustrated when others build their mega bases and massive iron farms only to be incapable of defending themselves, instead hiding behind gear
