- Conservative Fade Haircut & Hair Styling at El Bar Bero in San Juan, Puerto Rico. In this video Jesus gives a Conservative Fade as it is known in Puerto Rico. Basically a fade, not too urban, that goes from less to more from the bottom to top while keeping the sideburns and hairlines marked to maintain a classic look yet still being modern.
Jesus is 27-years-old and was born and raised in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 As a barber he feels it’s important to give his customers a unique experience. He wants people to feel at home as well as “wow them with a dashing traditional or modern haircut.”
Jesus was a professional hip-hop and salsa dancer. Later, his interest to work in the fashion industry led him to barbering. In 2019, he won third place in Puerto Rico's Professional Beauty Show 🙌🏼
This barbershop was opened 5 years ago as an addition to the successful barbershop themed bar. El Bar Bero Owner, Carlos Rivera, explained how the barbershop theme of the bar was in homage to the salon/barbershop that had been operating in the building for over 30 years.

That barber is most likely a perfectionist. He's constantly cutting, combing, etc., until the hair does what he wants it to do. Awesome video and very relaxing!

He's like an old school barber/new school beautician hybrid. Not the best with scissors like many old timers but takes a lot of extra time and care in the styling. End cut fit Harry really well and he gave an excellent overall service.
