Kimberly has been experiencing extreme pain, soreness, and clicking in her thumb, making it difficult for her to extend it or lift objects with that hand. She says that the intensity of her pain can get up to an 8 on a scale from 0 to 10 when it is at its most aggravated.
Before ASTR treatment, she describes her pain when attempting (and failing) to open a water bottle as a 4 out of 10 and her pain when holding a big container of lotion as a 6 out of ten. She previously tried to treat her pain with self-massage and a brace, both of which did nothing to ease her pain.
After just a few minutes of ASTR treatment, Kimberly feels no pain when holding the lotion and can now open the water bottle without pain! Additionally, she can move her thumb smoothly with no more clicking. When asked what she thinks about ASTR, she says, “I have hope again”.

I'm intrigued by this technique. I haven't been able to bend my right thumb for almost 3 months. I just woke up 1 morning and my thumb hurt. There was clicking in the joint and a knot at base of thumb. Most everything similar to this woman. I looked at your website, but can't afford tools and program right now (only been working part time). Any suggestions. Thanks
