i thought i heard she fused with Toki toki, which would explain her color scheme changing to its, as for her physical change, housing the concept of time within herself she can age herself up physical to her peak physical form as oppose to the child like appearance she had prior, as she never said she was physically fully mature. In fact I think she only hinted that she is grown up but more so in a mental capacity than her physical one.
I hope we see more of her, and android 21's good side. She is one of the few kais that can put Beerus in his place. Seriously why are they even afraid of the guy? They are gods of creation, their powers should counteract. Besides Hakai just isn't usable in a battle scenario, no one is going to stay still for that long.

Side note, normal Merged Zamasu might not win against the time hax, but Infinite Zamasu IS timespace so I wouldn't say she can beat that. The only person I could say beats Infinite Zamasu is someone like the Omni King or the Angels who can delete existence itself like that.

I think she will win but I don't think it's as easy as she undoes Zamasu his fusion..u can cancel time tricks like for example jiren did (ill explain that at the end) Zamasu consumed a universe.. Became reality making him very incredibly powerful and no matter how long u go back in time maybe zamasu ate parts of the time itself making him always have existed..he can probably do this bc he did a bigger feat of going into completely different timelines as he became part of reality..also he has a timering which might help abit...he didn't just consumed the earth... Like I said time tricks can be beaten like for example it's not that hit coudnt keep his time loop move where jiren everytime he moved was reversed back in time.. It's that jiren learned a move to break out of it... And a kai obsessed with divine power probably is able to find a move to cancel it aswel.. I think the time form will though but it's not as easy of a decision as it looks.. Also I don't think she's Omni king level.. I mean.. Time rings coudnt do it... And I know the form is more than just the time rings.. But the main reason why she'd beat the Omni king is something the time rings do have wich is reversing time.. And with reversing time with a time ring u probably can't beat Omni king otherwise Zamasu would have done so when he met the Omni king after consuming the universe or before that even... So her form is probably unimaginably strong and could beat most mortals and gods with her time tricks and probably beat fused Zamasu aswel .. She's not Omni king level
