I have to eat in the morning within 30 minutes of waking up, otherwise I can feel faint as I go from not at all hungry to ravenous in a heartbeat. For that same reason, I tend to do yoga in the evening and not the morning as my blood sugar is better balanced by then. I also tend to need to eat little and often, rather than feasting on one large meal. It's so interesting how different we all are! 🍽

Really enjoyed this video! I’m super into what I eat in a day but some videos are clearly “fake”. You are different than the others youtubers, not in a bad way, you are always trying new stuff and I love that!
I don’t really enjoy drinking water either so I have a fridge jug and put some cucumber and mint in and leave it for an hour or overnight if possible. It makes it really refreshing and is meant to have good health benefits. I’m sure other fruits would be good to mix in

Your hair looks like mine. Took me 30 years to figure out how to do my hair and leave the natural curl without it getting frizzy. I comb through while it's wet, part it, then scrunch the ends in my fist and don't touch it again. It dries with the curls intact and isn't frizzy.
I am the exact same way with pasta. If you like spelt, then you might also like Einkorn. It has basically zero gluten and only 14 chromosomes in it and no uncomfortable bloating afterwards either.
I love Planet Organic , shame it's only in London and I love Spelt Pasta and know of several organic brands if you want further details! Loving the hair and makeup!
my naturopathe says its okay! its good to fast for 13/14 hours before having breakfast/lunch in order to let your body digest the food so since you eat dinner late, it makes sense!
Tip on the water drinking front..buy yourself a nice bottle..that helped me! Also put a jug/pitcher of water (or in your bottle!) in fridge with cucumber and strawberry in it..it's a game changer!
I love Hello Fresh, dislike that it takes me usually an hour to get the whole meal cooked, but I never regret it either. I can totally relate to that feeling when the meal is cooked, and you feel so accomplished!
Random comment of the day: I love your spoon rest! I've got the same type of hair as you and I'd love a video on curly hair tips. Good products and how to stop hairdressers from cutting your hair too short. And how to respond to the neverending questions about why you don't "wear it curly" (for me it's because I don't want to spend my days tending to curls, straightening is much quicker)

Do you do anything different on the days you see your trainer? I find I need to have something a little extra before I train to get the most out of it, energy wise!
Perfect timing for this video. I have had a can of butter beans in the cupboard for ages and didn't know what to do with it. I also pretty much have all the ingredients to make this stew so I will definitely give it a try! :-)
Redken do an NBD (no blow dry) range of creams that you can work through/ scrunch into your hair, depending on its texture, and they help it dry faster. My hair is finer and in looser waves than yours so I just run through my hair with a Wet Brush, then use the weakest one (it's called airy) and it makes it dry much faster, with nice natural volume at the roots. It also has a calming effect on my waves, as well as defining them. There's still a bit of a frizz - factor on day one, but day 2 hair is absolutely gorgeous! On day 2 I tend to straighten or ghd curl the very front bits of my hair and need to do absolutely nothing with the rest as it already looks like it's been styled with a big barrel tongs. Might be worth checking out for your hair - I got mine from lookfantastic, think it was reduced and they do free shipping worldwide.

Remembering to drink is so hard 😖 I’m chronically dehydrated because I just can’t be bothered most of the time. My boyfriend thinks I’m so weird because I just don’t really like the act of drinking water. I can get through a whole work day on two cups of coffee.
I'm french and we usually have quite late dinner, but not that late. Do kids eat at 22PM as well? when do you eat lunch? do you have a snack or something in between?
thatsellen Actually, a few quite recent studies showed that it can matter for you BMI when you eat your biggest meals. Breakfast was best, then lunch. That said, clearly there are lots of exceptions, people are not all the same. Lily clearly seems to be doing fine. Also, I was always told that you shouldn't have a big meal before bed because it disturbed your sleep? Might be true for some, but personally I sleep much better with a bit of food in my tummy! ☺️

Maca VM yeh I’ve had it multiple times before. It doesn’t completely straighten it it just takes away some of the frizz. I always forgot to do it and it’s expensive but mainly I hate how it stings my eyes! I’m just used to the high maintenance of my hair now 🤷🏻♀️

Hi Lily you could try lentil pasta 🍝 it’s easy to find in Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Lidl and once cooked with some sauce on tastes no different ❤️
Sainsbury's also do spelt spaghetti! Definitely my go to :)

i do need my breakfast as soon as i get up .. and i eat my dinner around 6pm. between those two i take tea. i dont eat lunch .. just 2 meals..

I'm french and we usually have quite late dinner, but not that late. Do kids eat at 22PM as well? when do you eat lunch? do you have a snack or something in between?
We usually have lunch at 14-15h, we have a snack/coffee at 18h and we have dinner at 22-23. Kids usually eat earlier, like at 21-22h.

Try the zelens lip oil it might save your lips. Pricey but very very repairative. Recommended by caroline hirons.
If you’re not afraid of sweeteners get some sugar free cordial - they help me massively to drink enough water. Or flavoured stevia drops!
