The lady is in fantastic shape no doubt, but it is also your duty to pay attention to the appearance of your subject. No doubt she dressed naturally and casually for the interview, but the interviewer or the cameraman could have straightened the right neck collar which was folded throughout the interview. It was an easy fix that could have taken a few seconds to do, but it was left carelessly as if the interviewer did not care about the subject.
