This is a 'scrap' blanket and as such you can make it as big or small as you wish, if you don't have enough to get it to the size you want, just put it to one side until you have accumulated some more scrap yarn, then add to it, this blanket weighs 810gms in total, l hope this helps Nora, Anja x

I am learning and can follow along pretty well. I am starting the Lizzie. I can’t even get the sampler to come out right. It turns into a circle every time. I have started over at least ten times. I am counting every stitch, but I just can’t get it right. Why is everything I crochet a circle? ~~ I’m on the edge!!! Thanks
The first tip I need to tell you is tension, try and relax when you crochet, it is fun......it's not a race against time so slow down, don't grip the yarn so hard and enjoy the movements. Next is stitch markers, use a marker of some sort to mark the first and last stitch of each row, this will make sure you get those stitches and don't miss them. I have a lot of videos to help beginners on my channel, maybe have a watch and see if they help too.

Thank you for the tutorials for this project. On timestamp 24:02 what is the pattern you used for the shawl you are wearing. It looks like the Borracho stitch (drunken stitch). Is there a tutorial you have made for that project?
