No she did not become jonin at 15, she 3-4 year older than naruto's batch, so she 16 years old during the first chunin exam and she became jonin after that only. She must 17-18 when she became jonin.
just imagine the war between the sand and the leaf without the 1 month break to prepare. Sasuke wouldnt have chidori, naruto wouldnt have control over his chakra (seal still on) or summonings. Gaara, kankuro, and temari could all solo them.

Sakura with the seal is low kage level or sanin level. The reason I rank her there is because she just unlocked the seal and began using her full power so wasn't on Tsunade's level of control at that moment in the war arc. She wasn't far behind though but I do agree that with seal's release she's definitely high Kage Level in strength and power.

Na, I think Gaara is underrated, rock Lee, Gaara, and Sakura all just got way stronger, no one got better than anyone(except for lee maybe), Sakura would need byakugo seal to stand a chance imo, but otherwise base Sakura isn't fast enough, considering she struggled to a medium kage level like shin, and Gaara was high kage already in Shippuden, saying Sakura solos team Gaara doesn't quite add up if Sakura is barely high kage, and Gaara is one of the highest high kages
