No, vue-router is not required. It is based on the application requirements mainly. Laravel it self is good but again if application requires vue-router then that can be added.

this is very very detailed and good, just wondering why not directly have a vuejs template from the beginning and then you dont have to mix the regular html and vue component and layout stuff? also does vue work with django, I find django is much easier to use than laravel lol as I come from python background.
