Those are adorably. That's a great idea. The purses can be used as anything after. They will make a great Bday gift with goodies inside. My godchild will be turning 13 very soon & I am making her a few things for her cause she loves when I make her things for her. And for her it will be pink. I am also having one of my niece's that make jewelry make her a set. Earrings, bracelet & necklace. My favorite is the purple & blue. I hope mine will come out as cute as yours.

A long time ago I think I told you that I was a girl scout. I know that this video was a while back, but I missed it. These are so cute and you are so good to your girls. You go so beyond for them and I know that they appreciate it. Even if they don't show it 100% now at their young age. I hope you realize just what an important impact and person you will end up being in their lives!! You are absolutely terrific!!

I am new to all this crafting, and I know this a 6 year old video, but if you see/read this can you please tell me where you got the awesome paper, and I love the brown paper for straps too. You did a beautiful job of crafting these little purses.
@zoey18 : The paper pad is by Momenta. I still have it! It's one of my favorite paper pads. 😊 It is rather old so I am not sure how easy it will be to find.
The purses are so cute. I know about court of awards but for the Boy Scout.
We usually have 2 a year. Plenty of opportunities for me to craft up a storm. :)

LOVE these papers! What are they called?
Where did you purchase the beautiful paper and bling bows? Very pretty. The girls will love them. I wish I would of had something like this when I was a leader.
The bling bows are by Recollections and I bought them at Michaels but I am sure you can find them at most stores the sell Recollections stickers/embellishments. The paper is a packer pad from Michaels too. :)
Where did you get the Wizard of Oz Figurines in the background?
They are McDonald Happy Meal toys from
some years ago. I walked into McDonalds at the time and purchased the whole set. Now, you can find complete sets on eBay.
What paper are you using for your straps, they look so real
It is some basic brown color card stock that I inked with Distress Ink to make it richer in color and give it a more realistic look.
