My biggest advice for a healthy relationship with food is to eat whenever you want. Eat when you’re hungry and don’t ignore your hunger. But do not eat if you’re bored,angry or stressed. Doing this will also stop overthinking certain things!

As a french, i ha e to admit they look way better than what we have in some of our bakeries!! But in true french (or even italian cause there's definitely some influences here) fashion, chocolate stuff is more on the bitter side haha! Wish i could try them all!!

You need to tell us what they taste like while you're eating. I was waiting for a review. But they look delicious. Wish I had some. I love your voice, you are very sweet and hearing you telling us what they taste like would be a perfect muckbang.
In a vid she said she eats only when she's hungry, and in another she said she eats very light on the days she doesn't film and then on filming days only eats that one meal, so I would say it's a combination of like a 5:2 diet and IF. She has also said she used to work out relentlessly and eat a very strict meal plan but gained too much muscle, so if I had to guess, she does some form of cardio and already had good muscle to fat ratio which burns more calories.

Its not really that hard. Just find things you enjoy eating, stop when your full and have balance with what you eat
