[INGREDIENTS]
- 1/4 Cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 Cup + 2 Tbsp Powdered sugar
- 3/4 Cup maida
- 1/2 Tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla essence
- 1/4 Cup choco chips
If you want to make this in a kadhai or pressure cooker, preheat the cooker/kadhai at medium flame for 10 min. Then bake the cookies from 12-15 min at flame between low to medium.

Were your cookies crunchy from inside too? I made them and they were crunchy from outside but not from inside

I also got a new otg and these were the first thing I baked in it but they didn't really turned out great probably cause of my mistake😅😂...... Actually I turned on the upper rod only and then preheated my oven at 180° for 10 mins and then baked it at 180° only for 15 mins.... With only upper rod on...... But they kinda turned out hard and too brown and kinda taste like a little burn😂so can u plz tell me how did u bake yours? 😅
@@yagaytachawla3502 Oops! I have alwz baked with both rods on.. Try baking for 15 mins or till u get the smell of the cookies.. U can check halfway through, if it's browing too fast, try reducing the temp..

I'd advise freezing the cookie dough for at least an hour before popping them into the oven since the butter inside it tends to expand and cookies might spread out or flatten in some cases. The recipe is perfect though. Thanks ❤

I have been using this same recipe everytime and cookies become so perfect.. I also added 1/2 teaspoon baking powder in the given measurements and they became more crispy...
At what temperature should we bake it???
Around 150-170 degrees
I tried today...I had to add a little milk to get the right texture though...even with the milk they turned out amazing...I highly recommend to try this..THANK U FOR SHARING..

I have tried this receipe ...and i am like wow ..because everyone who eats these cookies baked by me ..were like so damn impressed that they can't come out of indulgence ...simply wow ..thank you for the receipe loved it ...keep up the good work.
I tried it with atta also just added few spoons of milk but yeah i had to add water also to make batter a bit more moist for both maida and atta ...then it was amazing ..:)

Tried it for the first time today and it was really nice.
I didn't have chcocolate chips in this lockdown and no extra dark chocolate to make them so I grated the left amount of my Bournville in it and it just gave the cookie a nice brown chocolatey color and taste.
But for me it turned out very bad. It burns just in 5 mins and it's all raw from inside
I made it today and believe me it's delicious.
I made it in a kadhai it's base turn more brown but taste is good
