Hi! My GTE was approved by 31st of Aug and I paid my fees by 5th Sep and I've not received my COE. Yesterday I called their head quarter in India and they said, we're not going to issue your COE because we're no longer partners with your consultants.. Can you please guide me what should I do?

yes they will cal you after your assessment regarding your documents for short interview if they feel something is missing or documents are genuine or not.
