I have done some added further research after I first discovered this video and now watching this again I can see that this is excellent practical information! I'm very thankful. Also I am curious, when you are grabbing the information from the grantee section of the book (Vincent S, Scott's grantee page in 1987 in this example) are you getting all the info (e.g. Merill Lynch as the grantor) from that page or are you just getting the page number and book number references from that page so that you can go to a grantor book and get the info?
I know it should probably be obvious but I thought it was worth asking.
