The J35D Draken is handicapped for no real reason by not having access to its Rb24J. This imported missile is already present in game on the new Phantoms as the AIM-9J, which are also a 10.3 aircraft, so it would not be unbalanced.
That "survivability" segment was pretty laughable. Like sure if you use this very specific anti-light vehicle round you can kill them in one shot when they're sitting still and you aim right. But if you're using APDFS like almost everyone on their first shot, you're lucky to just kill some crew.

Why are players not allowed to J out on the airfield in mixed ground battles as a means to swap payload or ammo belts, like they are able to in air realistic battles? That is, one could J out on the airfield in mixed ground battles, but it would cost spawn points to swap out belts and payload options. Maybe I'm entirely wrong and you are allowed to J out in Mixed ground battles, but this seems like a quality of life oversight.
I think Smigol Time managed to land a BV-238 on a carrier, and that’s the biggest plane in the game. Still want to see what Gaijin themselves can manage though! :)

I really love that many similar tanks are grouped together in a folder. It allows those who are interested in the tank to play all variants and those who are interested in more advanced tech to get there faster. Can you add more of them?

Probably because it is extremely unlikely for you to be able to land a plane with no tail, but not always impossible without a wing or most of a wing. Obviously I'm talking about arcade too. Neither should be possible in sim or RB.

My wing was shott off by an enemy fighter, usely this would end up with me crashing because controlling the plane would be impossible. But I was flying one of the later Yak-9's and I have had multiple experiences where I could fly back to the airfield despite having one wing. The same thing happened that match, but when I hit the ground I was unlucky enough to have my tail broken off and just because of that I couldn't repair and all that effort of landing my crippled plane was thrown away.

This is the case of most of the armed forces of developing countries, South America or the third world. In the case of my country, we have weapons systems present in War Thunder but in different nations such as the USA, UK, France, Italy, and our own developments. The question is this: will players ever have the ability to build their own nation by mixing weapons systems from different origins? The advantage would be that the players would have a greater commitment to the game. On another topic, I've been playing in WT for a long time, almost from the beginning and I like it more every day, not only that, it serves to keep my reactions active to my 70 years! I have 2 questions In the future, will gun sounds echo in locations such as tunnels, mountain caves and ridges and between closely packed buildings? And why is the Rooikat(premium and non premium) maneuverability so bad in sand and snow? It was designed for rough terrain. And it can barely clim a small hill, the power to weight ratio is very bad for what it is in real life. I am proud south african, I just dont see why it can be so bad when I saw the performance myself
It's their way of balancing wheeled vehicles. They thought it'd be a good idea to give tracked vehicles better mobility in a rough terrain, while pushing wheeled towards hard surfaces. They're kind-of-right in that tracked vehicles do climb soft surfaces better, and going 80km/h through a bog on a wheels is stupidly unrealistic, but the game is rather bad in communicating what surface you are on, and even taking all this into account - climbing on a rocks in wheeled vehicle seems to be waaay too difficult, if not impossible, comparing to what it was in real life. Notable case here being AMX-10, that can't climb anything, while IRL it was designed to climb pretty steep slopes.
You should have a artillery team where you can’t really move but you have to shoot aircraft or tank and you can have 2 machine gun and for replacing the flare you have a revolver or a luger

All the Arado needs is RATO boosters. They WERE working on them since there is currently a glitch that sometimes shows rocket exhaust where they would be mounted, and there are planes that already have them.
I think the Multi-Function menu "es una gran idea compadres", but it has to be improved. Ex. separate engine management is useless cause as soon as the menu is closed all the engines return to be globally controlled, and that defeats the entire purpose of the menu I think.
@@randomuser5443 it's supposed to work as the "radio message menu", press a key, pops an on-screen roster menu with categories and each option binded to a number key, press the desired key, got a sub-menu with more options for the specific messages to send, press the desired key again, the message is sent and the menu closes by itself. That way you just have to get used to a key combination to reach a specific function without binding a single key to every function, it's supposed to be convenient, easy to learn, and easy to remember so you can use it quickly and efficiently during a battle. But in this new Multi-Function menu, in order to control the desired function the menu has to stay opened which first, blocks a part of your screen, and second, blocks your keyboard for any inputs other than the ones used for the Multi-Function menu, on top of that, the menu doesn't close by itself when you reach the desired function, instead you have to hit the key binded to the multi-function menu again, or the Esc key twice. Kind of a mess as you can see.
Why does the Italian Premium IAR-81C rockets detonate before hitting the target? Is this a intentional feature? If so, why does it have "Impact" as a detonation option? Why doesn't the rocket specs inform users that it auto detonates at specific distance? What is the max distance these rockets will go? I have spent weeks with "tech support" and they finally said its not their job to know.

You could really try to reduce the grind since there are so many vehicles, i really like the idea of putting drawers of vehicles that you can skip if you dont want to unlock them.
That'd be sick in naval battles. You're charging at steam, you notice an incoming salvo. You drop port or starboard anchor, and your ship pulls hard in that direction

Here is the Draken, the plane that pulled off a manouver called Kort Parad. We here at Gajin were afraid that it was going to be able to be a minor nations jet that could compete with the F4 and Mig 21 so we gimped the missile loadout and repair price. Marvelous!
The draken feels (bleeds your SL) best in RB, we recommend taking the missiles, I mean... after you have grinded them out.... being the only 10.3 with missiles so far down it's tech tree.

The biggest problem with warthunder having settings for very low graphic is that obstacles don't render at distance so if you are taking cover in a forest someone with low settings can see you like there were no trees there and so you are very easy to spot and kill cause you might be stationary cause you shouldn't be spotted
The MBT/KPZ 70 project was never completed. The tank never saw service. 14 prototypes were built, but that is as far as it got. However, these tanks are in the game. Therefore, can the British get the MBT-80, which reached a similiar stage as the MBT-70 (construction of prototypes)? Another example is the Vickers mk7, of which 1 was built and it never saw service with any army, and yet it is in the game, so why not the MBT-80?

Actually, the stealth benefit of the Horten would have been negligible: not only does wood still leave a radar signature (it’s not as reflective as metal, but it still bounces), but the lower frequency radars of WWII would be pretty well suited to noticing the presence of seemingly stealthy aircraft, at the cost of lower precision as to where EXACTLY it is. Got ground based early warning radar though, that doesn’t matter as much
main issue with small fast tanks... are getting into spawn killing positions... this needs to be addressed, perhaps if you are killed in the spawn area... you get a refund for the tank... or stop the ability for spawn over watch or ability to get behind the spawn
How does the fragment damage system work? When shooting a shell that causes spalling, are the fragments of various sizes? And does each fragment represent a certain numerical value when hitting a crew member?

The J35D has a 25k repair cost, can you please fix that? It gets absolutely stomped on at 10.3 because of the really well tracking missiles and turning dumps all of your speed. And the Phantoms and MiGs have under a 10k repair cost. Please fix the J35D I’ve gone bankrupt attempting to fly it. Getting 3 kills and dying isn’t even enough to pay the repair cost back.
The american design had small vertical finns. The thing about the horten is that it could not have been made without the bad situation Germany was in, but it also means it wasn't made the way the Horten brothers and German air force wanted it to be.
We still want submarines added, players should not be able to control torpedoes remotely ( that's a bad idea ). Large targets that move in water are easier for radar to pick up on, but small targets are harder, only when they come close can the radar see them. My advise, enemies can only be alerted once torpedoes come in range of radar, to give them a chance to avoid the hit.
Hi Bruce! How 'bout a handy dandy little mechanic where you don't have to waste a shot to switch the type of shell you're firing by simply hitting the shell button in question a second time?? To keep it balanced, it could take twice the time to load.

I have 2 questions
In the future, will gun sounds echo in locations such as tunnels, mountain caves and ridges and between closely packed buildings?
And why is the Rooikat(premium and non premium) maneuverability so bad in sand and snow? It was designed for rough terrain. And it can barely clim a small hill, the power to weight ratio is very bad for what it is in real life.
I am proud south african, I just dont see why it can be so bad when I saw the performance myself
The maneuverability in rough terrain is unrealistic in every weeled vehicle. But on the rooikat its extreme...
It's their way of balancing wheeled vehicles. They thought it'd be a good idea to give tracked vehicles better mobility in a rough terrain, while pushing wheeled towards hard surfaces.
They're kind-of-right in that tracked vehicles do climb soft surfaces better, and going 80km/h through a bog on a wheels is stupidly unrealistic, but the game is rather bad in communicating what surface you are on, and even taking all this into account - climbing on a rocks in wheeled vehicle seems to be waaay too difficult, if not impossible, comparing to what it was in real life. Notable case here being AMX-10, that can't climb anything, while IRL it was designed to climb pretty steep slopes.
You should have a artillery team where you can’t really move but you have to shoot aircraft or tank and you can have 2 machine gun and for replacing the flare you have a revolver or a luger

Hi! This is a question from the bottom of my heart. Can we Air simulator players have the opportunity to get our playtime in enduring confrontations counting for the events, war bonds shop, etc? I know, I know, they are no random battles but we all know that they are the only Air SB with a player base, "Operations" are uncommon and they are not that fun (sorry, we all know it is true).
I love the loading screans, the idea of making 3D fealing with only 3 separet pictures is just genius!

Are you planning to extend runways for aircrafts in Air RB? It's almost impossible for some jets to take off, like Ar 234 B2
All the Arado needs is RATO boosters. They WERE working on them since there is currently a glitch that sometimes shows rocket exhaust where they would be mounted, and there are planes that already have them.

I think the Multi-Function menu "es una gran idea compadres", but it has to be improved. Ex. separate engine management is useless cause as soon as the menu is closed all the engines return to be globally controlled, and that defeats the entire purpose of the menu I think.

@@randomuser5443 it's supposed to work as the "radio message menu", press a key, pops an on-screen roster menu with categories and each option binded to a number key, press the desired key, got a sub-menu with more options for the specific messages to send, press the desired key again, the message is sent and the menu closes by itself. That way you just have to get used to a key combination to reach a specific function without binding a single key to every function, it's supposed to be convenient, easy to learn, and easy to remember so you can use it quickly and efficiently during a battle. But in this new Multi-Function menu, in order to control the desired function the menu has to stay opened which first, blocks a part of your screen, and second, blocks your keyboard for any inputs other than the ones used for the Multi-Function menu, on top of that, the menu doesn't close by itself when you reach the desired function, instead you have to hit the key binded to the multi-function menu again, or the Esc key twice. Kind of a mess as you can see.
The M48 received extra armor behind the gun. The M60 is still missing this piece of armor. Any plans for this to be added?
Not only that _every_ tank has the problems with additionals armour elswhere aroung the tank.

Why does the Italian Premium IAR-81C rockets detonate before hitting the target? Is this a intentional feature? If so, why does it have "Impact" as a detonation option? Why doesn't the rocket specs inform users that it auto detonates at specific distance? What is the max distance these rockets will go? I have spent weeks with "tech support" and they finally said its not their job to know.
Those rockets are anti bomber formation rockets. I suggest you dig a little deeper into them by asking Google and Wikipedia
@@martijn9568 The plane has a climb rate of 9.5 m/s with rockets and a top speed of 443 kph. What formation of bombers do you think this plane could catch? If the plane is how you suggest, why is it categorized as a fighter and not an interceptor? Also its high altitude performance is very poor. Thanks for your suggestion tho. You could really try to reduce the grind since there are so many vehicles, i really like the idea of putting drawers of vehicles that you can skip if you dont want to unlock them.

That'd be sick in naval battles. You're charging at steam, you notice an incoming salvo. You drop port or starboard anchor, and your ship pulls hard in that direction

They would probably add a G-suit for the Ho229 when they revert the accuracy and rollrate nerf, which means never. Allied tankers and pilots would whine again
Here is the Draken, the plane that pulled off a manouver called Kort Parad. We here at Gajin were afraid that it was going to be able to be a minor nations jet that could compete with the F4 and Mig 21 so we gimped the missile loadout and repair price. Marvelous!
The draken feels (bleeds your SL) best in RB, we recommend taking the missiles, I mean... after you have grinded them out.... being the only 10.3 with missiles so far down it's tech tree.

The biggest problem with warthunder having settings for very low graphic is that obstacles don't render at distance so if you are taking cover in a forest someone with low settings can see you like there were no trees there and so you are very easy to spot and kill cause you might be stationary cause you shouldn't be spotted

The MBT/KPZ 70 project was never completed. The tank never saw service. 14 prototypes were built, but that is as far as it got. However, these tanks are in the game. Therefore, can the British get the MBT-80, which reached a similiar stage as the MBT-70 (construction of prototypes)? Another example is the Vickers mk7, of which 1 was built and it never saw service with any army, and yet it is in the game, so why not the MBT-80?

Jack Northorp was years ahead everyone, from his first sucesseful attempt in 1929 he would later (between 1940-1943) complete the N1M, N9M (last one crashed in 2019) and XP-56 Black Bullet all while the Horten Brothers were still playing around with the design of their flying wing GLIDERS
Actually, the stealth benefit of the Horten would have been negligible: not only does wood still leave a radar signature (it’s not as reflective as metal, but it still bounces), but the lower frequency radars of WWII would be pretty well suited to noticing the presence of seemingly stealthy aircraft, at the cost of lower precision as to where EXACTLY it is. Got ground based early warning radar though, that doesn’t matter as much
main issue with small fast tanks... are getting into spawn killing positions... this needs to be addressed, perhaps if you are killed in the spawn area... you get a refund for the tank... or stop the ability for spawn over watch or ability to get behind the spawn
How does the fragment damage system work? When shooting a shell that causes spalling, are the fragments of various sizes? And does each fragment represent a certain numerical value when hitting a crew member?
From my experience (gun cams kills), it doesn't varys.
Maybe depends on the position of the crew.
@@easthulk99 What I'm trying to ask is what makes modules/crew change color? Is it based on shard size simply or amount? If amount, then are the shards valued at a 1/2/3/4 based on size? I just want an indepth look at the mechanics of WT instead of a simple explanation that shards kill, and the bigger the shell, the more likely the module will go black

The whole Horton segment was so inaccurate it hurt. The Northrop designs had so many problems that they came nowhere near the Hortons. Garbage.

The J35D has a 25k repair cost, can you please fix that? It gets absolutely stomped on at 10.3 because of the really well tracking missiles and turning dumps all of your speed. And the Phantoms and MiGs have under a 10k repair cost. Please fix the J35D I’ve gone bankrupt attempting to fly it. Getting 3 kills and dying isn’t even enough to pay the repair cost back.
I have an idea on what vehicles you should compare next. What about medium tanks used by every country in-game currectly that was used in WW2?

The american design had small vertical finns. The thing about the horten is that it could not have been made without the bad situation Germany was in, but it also means it wasn't made the way the Horten brothers and German air force wanted it to be.
We still want submarines added, players should not be able to control torpedoes remotely
( that's a bad idea ). Large targets that move in water are easier for radar to pick up on, but small targets are harder, only when they come close can the radar see them.
My advise, enemies can only be alerted once torpedoes come in range of radar, to give them a chance to avoid the hit.

Hi Bruce! How 'bout a handy dandy little mechanic where you don't have to waste a shot to switch the type of shell you're firing by simply hitting the shell button in question a second time?? To keep it balanced, it could take twice the time to load.
