This highlights the importance for clients to appoint architects so that the risks and appropriate details for their projects can be identified and detailed at the right stages. I'd also suggest regarding rooflights, it's not just the fancy grand design type builds that tend to have the low lying rooflights, but where conservation rooflights are required- these actually have to appear flush with the roof finish in order to meet conservation requirements. So of course the correct detailing of these is paramount.
My main issue with this series (although i really appreciate you doing it) is the constant mentions to Ireland. The title is UK building regulations, unsure why you need to keep referencing irelands regs in this video? may as well mention kenyas whilst youre at it!
