When I run my code in Processing, it shows an error that the package 'toxi' does not exist and you might be missing a library. I copied both the libraries to the Processing libraries

make sure you unpack PRocessing, bc it worked after I unpacked it into the desktop and opened it from there

It says that some of the classes in the MPU Teapot (Such as ToxiclibsSupport and Quaternion) do not exist. Is this because I haven't uploaded my DMP6 file to any Arduino board yet, or are there more problems that I need to fix in order to fix these issues?

Yes but not with Arduino, you would need NODEMCU with Blynk or some other app, else you would actually have to design an app, not exactly sure since I haven't tried much experimentation with the same.
