Yes but not with Arduino, you would need NODEMCU with Blynk or some other app, else you would actually have to design an app, not exactly sure since I haven't tried much experimentation with the same. make sure you unpack PRocessing, bc it worked after I unpacked it into the desktop and opened it from there
