@@theheavenlydemon2673 yes they do! These events had no ties to internet. They were built into the gen 4 games. As long as you can either use cheat codes, DNS, etc. to receive the event items you can play through these events.
@@theheavenlydemon2673 I believe so. I should actually do a video and transfer them all to Pokémon bank and then up to Pokemon home to make sure they are still seen as legitimate after all these years later. You just gave me a good video idea!

I have a video up on my channel going through how I got them so go check that out. There’s a few different ways. You can get them from an action replay, backing up your save file to your computer and using pkhex, or through wifi by using a specific DNS code.
