Former Bake Off winner and Strictly star John Whaite joins Christine in the studio to talk about his new memoir 'Dancing On Eggshells: Kitchen Ballroom and the Messy Inbetween'. He talks about his childhood, working in his parent's fish and chip shop, his struggle with alcohol and bulimia and how he had to rediscover himself after starring in two of the biggest shows on TV. Also, ahead of Strictly's return, he’ll be revealing who he wants to win.
