Not sure about this game specifically, but I know in SVC Chaos, you can keep doing QCF during the initial super and then you'd just have to press a punch button as soon as the last hit connects. Then the 2nd part should come out.

I tried him in kof all star, his skills are very short but powerful, i dont like his running animation because his gyatt or butt is just soo shaky and very clear to see, his ult is kinda cool?
