Don’t even need a tv with a view like that. Love how you just eat and soak it all in. That’s the life I aim to have. Thanks for sharing with us.
Its just buildings. And people can see you in your house
I rather see nature..
@@Ud-gw3sg you can't see in during the day, only at night if you have the lights on & the blinds open.
Yes like FRFR

I stay amazed that people make assumptions, then ask what a person does to afford what they have. I’ve never ask. I just appreciate content and keep it moving.
Exactly so rude that and when r u having kids smh I would never
dual 6 figure incomes w no debt makes this very possible w disposable income to spare. I do think they could afford to own and not rent in this case, and hope so.
Thank you for telling us with such transparency very refreshing!
Looks lovely! It’d be so fun to be there for a week or two. But I prefer my little house on the quiet lake 😌
Same 😊
I feel you. I prefer my 2400sqft 3 bedroom, 2 bth home with 2 wood burning fireplaces. Nice home in the south. They are wasting money. Why not buy a home instead of giving someone 10k a month? Crazy!!!
Waking up to a view like that is beyond beautiful but, at night 🥰 I bet it's gorgeous. Thank you for sharing your morning with us. Have a wonderful blessed day ~

I live in CT, and my view is much better. I see trees, birds, and the sounds of a creek. I'm not sure what the buzz is about NY.
@@laurenmay2098
I get it. I see everything you see out your window. For me, I would love to see all the city lights lit up at night from a high rise building. I bet it's beautiful..that's just me.
Blessings always~
@rosebud8231 Yes, NY at night is so beautiful.
Lovely view,beautiful apartment❤
Thank you for being real with the world. People really believed you of course. So basically, there are three incomes that allow you to live in a very nice one-bedroom apartment. I am sure you and husband work really hard. 😊. Enjoy your dream home, you deserve it ❤
Hey there! I have the same coffee equipment but in black, lovely stuff really, Fellow rocks. Just wanted to recommend that you get a separate cup for dosing your beans before grinding, as the magnet in the catch cup from the grinder can mess with electric scales.
Holy dang, that view!!!!❤❤❤ Good for you!!!
10K is crazyyyyyy, good for you lol
This is nyc salary a basic apt that looks like a hovel is 2.5k to 3.5k so this is not too bad in nyc u have to make 40x the rent each so 5000*40 is 200k each minimum they have to make so they make great money and she generates money from this channel they are a high income household
I thought she was joking about the $10k/month?
I mean she is living in Midtown Manhattan arguably the global center of the world considering since 64 million people a year visit that area more than any area on earth so 10k is understandable.
No, she was joking that daddy's money pays for it!
@@Allenryan819 yes but as someone who lives in manhattan this still doesn’t look like a 10k apartment. more like 5-7k.
Thank you for the transparency! You don’t have to, but it helps your viewers put things into context. Well done.
Even if you were living on daddy’s money and had generational wealth- that’s a blessing too and no one should make you feel bad about it. Lovely home you have btw!
people on social media just like to say mean things about others who didnt struggle in life. I mean, isnt it the goal? As long as youre not harming anyone, it's all good.
i will absolutely make fun of someone living off daddy’s money that is my god given right and you can wipe your tears with dollar bills for all i care

Such an awesome intro, and an amazing view from the kitchen table. I'm totally jealous ❤
Your apartment is beautiful and so are you. But I would be terrified of the heights. Stunning, thanks.❤

That’s a beautiful home! ❤
Thank you for explaining. Working hard pays off as you can see
Amazing! Good for you girl 🤗
It’s the brownie for breakfast for me
All the white bedding and white sofa can come in handy because it can make it easy to detect BED BUGS early in an infestation. This menace is not something limited to older and dirtier buildings. It can just as often occur in new luxury buildings.
Thanks for the PSA 😂
Beautiful view from that window
Why would you pay 10k to look at concrete towers every single day? Idk maybe I’m just sick of living in these high rise buildings with no real scenery.
I live in an apartment and my view is a freaking parking lot . Still really grateful for everything I have
I’m a city girl and I love it. It’s just preference
That’s what I was thinking. I was born and raised in Los Angeles and even though CA has a good chunk of wilderness because of our mountain ranges, it’s still depressing when you’re surrounded by nothing but buildings. That’s something I’ve never gotten used to even though it’s been my home my entire life. Even if the architecture is nice (the older buildings), it’s still a big concrete structure. I love how massive and diverse the city is but I’d lose my mind if I had to live smack in the middle of it. In no way is it calming or beautiful in the same way that nature is.
I’m not hating on this lady though, she obviously likes it so good for her but I don’t get the appeal if there’s no nature to be seen for miles.

No backyard and you're screwed in an emergency. I think I'd have panic attacks daily.

Where is your blanket/duvet from?

That view girl!😍
I actually copy and paste this luxury life 🎉❤I can’t wait to experience my new lifestyle which is coming sooner
I grew up in foster care in nyc and honestly I would have married lived with my parents or in laws for 2 years and saved to buy a home in queens or new jersey. People with parents dont understand how lucky they are
That's so Kool. I offered my last potential the same living situation. He said he didn't want to leave his trailer home so we up. Then I bought a house my parents instead. Since I wanted things for my family.
We broke up
People are so rude and nosey about others lives. Beautiful apartment ❤
The apartment is beautiful!! Thanks for sharing...but now I wanna move to NYC!!

I wanna know where you got your pajamas! So cute
I appreciate you explaining this. I always wonder how ppl are affording luxury lifestyles
I'm nosy and would love to hear more about you! ❣️
I think sometimes people just ask because they want to figure out how they can do it for themselves. The way they ask tho, if only they had learned some tact.
Your apartment is what I wanted as a young girl. Didn't consider the high cost of living though 🤔 😅. You have a beautiful home❤
Why do I find myself appreciating that she was eating a slice of chocolate chip bread instead of some grassy green mumbo jumbo toast sprinkled with seeds?
The apartment looks lovely. Ngl I kinda cringed at the "immediately making your bed after you get up" part,if that is the case... I always let it cool off first and open up the window to speed up the process before doing that, lest you want mites in your bed (they love a warm spot) so yeah... But that's just me, maybe I am being weird 😅
Your view is amazing!!!! ❤❤
Daddy’s money!!😂❤😂

Tbh, I don’t care how much money I make in my corporate job. I AM NOT spending £10 k A MONTH on a one bed apartment! That is the definition of stupid! The New York prices are ridiculous… and for what? To be surrounded by grumpy people, people so close you can literally see them and hear them! No outside space, no grass and probably extortionate utility bills. It makes no sense (to me)
Came a long way Hannah :)
Landlords charging 10k for an apartment like that should go straight to jail honestly. This is highly predatory behaviour. Unbelievable.
I don’t understand why people cared so much about how she pays her rent, saying it’s a waste to pay that much, she could move out NY and spend the money elsewhere. I’m earning minimum wage so I’m poor but I don’t care about how she pays her bill. If she and her husband don’t work remotely there’s a chance that moving outside will make them lose their jobs or spend tons of time to travel, breaking the balance of life. If they can afford it let them be.
10k a month is something I would never pay for in rent. However, if living there help you guys make more money, then more power to you.
Hannah! Can you link the coffee ☕️ machine please?
Living in that hole on the side of building with shiny white appliances for $10k/month is absolutely ridiculous. That apartment would cost a third of that here in Chicago, and even then it would be kinda overpriced for the amount of space you get; not worth it at all.
Daddy's money ! 😂😂 stick with that
Luxury apartments... ❤❤❤
Wow its amazing
I just happened on you. I like your vibe so I subscribed.

La vue est magnifique ❤ même si c’est pas mon genre de maison
Most New Yorkers don’t own cars. Add car payments, taxes, insurance payments and gas and you’ll find your budget is just as much as city dwellers🤷🏾♂️
Most Asians and Blacks age well…You are gorgeous! Much love and luck to you/husband.
That rent is crazy girl!!
I think she might be kidding. Even between my husband and I working corporate jobs we don't make as much per month in income as she purports to spend on rent.
@@bananamilk2605 they could both be big law attorneys or big 3 finance bros/sis and make the 40times the rent required for a $10K/mos apartment.

My mortgage is $3.6K a month in the greater Seattle area and it’s a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath. While my views of Seattle skyline is small, I also see mountains around me, even Mt. Rainier.
Granted this place may not be as fun as NYC, it definitely has everything I need.
Way to make it about you.
Besides, location is everything, for 3.6k a month you can get a mansion in south america...
thanks for sharing with the class
@@napidorio Well this isn’t South America…nor was anyone talking about it. Also, “a mansion” is a reach for $3600 a month anywhere. Sooo🙄‼️I’m reside in SOHO California, and my rent is $4300 a month.
Seattle is a beautiful city but I would rather be in my 20s in NYC than any other place in the world. People come here for the experience not to save money or get a great value

I don’t know how people live in New York and not have curtains
Sometimes you’re so high up it doesn’t matter and the windows could also be the ones with tint. Making it harder or impossible to see inside
@@autismworldtravel curtains are also for blocking light so that doesn't answer it
@@Heyu7her3 sure. But sleep masks also exist and some aren’t bothered by the light. I’m not bothered
Lol Native New Yorker here and seen neighbors walking around in their undies. Thank God for curtains.
There unnecessary after a certain floor.
Girl, thank you for actually explaining how you afford this. Most people, whether joking or serious, say something like you did at the beginning and just leave it at that as though it’s an everyday common thing for people to live where you do with a view like you have (which btw is *chef’s kiss* wow). Especially since you’re under no obligation to explain how. It just clears it up for a lot of people and puts things in a more realistic perspective, helping them realize that it’s mad expensive to live in NYC
Working in a known university in the city. I often talk to graduate students about whether they plan on staying in NYC. Most of them would like to, but NYC is so expensive, some of them go back home to their home state. I lived in NYC for 12 years. At the end of the day, if you want to work 3 jobs to afford NYC, it is your choice. It's definitely hard to buy a house or an apartment in NYC. It's just a city. You can live a much better and healthier lifestyle in another affordable state.
That NYC view is priceless. What an amazing view to wake up to
Not everyone gets to have a view like that... A selected lot who earns well above the national average could afford such nice views...
Then you step out of your building and bump on street bums, step on human feces in the sidewalk, and get mugged by a illegal alien lol
I am Always surprised at how many people have "Zero" self awareness. So sick of watching people knowing they R on Camera YET choose to. BRUSH THIER TEETH. YUCK 😝 PLEASE STOP 🛑 😱

You don't have to explain how you afford your life. You are an amazing woman. I appreciate your videos and you inspire me. Take care friend ❤️ peace 🕊️
Some people want guidance and inspiration to earn as much as her. She’s young and I think it’d be helpful to learn . So yeah I think explaining how she affords things would be great
She doesn't but I wanna know lmao
Why are you so sensitive and weak ? No one told her to explain her self it's a question you are dumb no offense

She never came off as believing everyone needs to explain themself, at least in my opinion. She never forced anyone else to so it's perfectly fine if she wants to do it herself 😂
My cousin lives across from Central Park and has a bedroom view facing south and her living room you can see Harlem. I just stand there in awe looking out forever!
But 10k a month? Would you rather buy? I’m a 15 year nyc resident btw
its goofy to pay that to live in a tiny apt.
Can’t even buy a toilet in NYC 😅. I grew up and still living in outer London. I personally know someone who is willing to pay a lot to stay in central London for work but saving money and invest at the same time because his income can support that. If he quits his job it’s very unlikely that he will get the same level of income so he’s not leaving atm. He told me once he has enough money he will buy a house outside London and rent it out until he retires and be able to move out of London.
Shit I only wish to make 10k a month I only make 24k a year working in the deli department 😢
Don’t be jealous, be inspired instead. She’s living my dream, I’ve always wanted to live in NYC & own a condo. People get to where they are because of hard work. Also not everything you see in their video is all sunshine & rainbows. People have their rainy days too.
I could never be jealous of a smoke stack view and … ugh humans. Lmao. I’ll take my many acres of land and paid off house in the boonies. Imagine paying 5k in rent and not a mortgage. Straight up embarrassing.
