I faced both these guys in my last tournament. Tapped both and got my blue belt. Glad to see they’re still practicing.

I’ve been training with Gracie university combative and master cycle for about a year. It’s beautiful to see them practice what they preach. They show moves in incredible detail and execute them with the same smoothness and precision as when they teach. The Gracie academy “invisible jiu jitsu” as Firas Zahabi calls it.

Wow these white belts are pretty good! There's a bjj gym by my house in Torrance where T-city trains, they definitely can get their blue belts there pretty fast! 😉
Finally got the nerve to join the Gracie Academy last week. For the 1st time ever in my grappling tenure, I am having fun. All the instructors are great. Atmosphere is welcoming. Relearning Jiu-Jitsu.

As a white belt training for about 5 months this is amazing to watch. Normally when I roll or see other belts roll it’s nothing like this! Only my professors rolls like this. They flow like water and use only effective techniques, never really getting tired.
Man my Jiu-Jitsu is slacking to see such high level passing and pressure and submission attempt in these white belts

Got to appreciate this. The were actually going for the submissions. But the difference is that they were looking for perfect submissions (requiring timing and being tight to the T). But then, they know the damn escapes, therefore you gotta be even trickier. Beautiful to watch.

When you start getting good at jiu jitsu you experience these little explosions of perfect technique and around purple belt those explosions start to chain together - Ryron and Rener have nothing but those explosions of perfect technique chained together from beginning to end on both sides.

Sweeps are all about weight and balance. If you feel their balance is off, boom sweep any way your mind can come up with ideas.
Ryron simply grabs Reners left lat muscle, and controls his right arm so he can't post, and when he feels Reners weight is off, or too much pressure one way the the sweep comes.

Khabib constantly submits and beats up black belts lol. He is 100% a black belt. You can see him compete in Grappling tournaments and dominate.
Khabib is a wrestler, he don't have belts..... Except to hold up his pants.
