I got to 40% by just trying different numbers until I found one I like. 40% was what I thought looked good :D

Help Please. When i create the new document It wont create the desired box. It creates a big white sheet and then the desired box in the middle with green guidelines and numbers in the center. Please assist.

I don't know why but every time I try to follow up and I can't complete it. For some reason I cannot change the stroke on the ribbon
i guess i learned about masks a little bit.
I plan to buy a mac, once I do I think I will be as great designer like you.
I've even known some awesome designers who use Windows machines, too :D
@@tutvid there is a reason you switched and I cant think of a reason why not for a full time designer. The reason I haven't is because I do not do photography as much but I do have some gear for it. The 5DMKII & IV, as well as the high end lenses 2.8f. Though my PC desktop is a beastly, still dpnt know to this date what sold you after so many years. I'm hoping you're not planning to buy the apple 1k stand, 5k monitor and 12k apple tower lol

Once the badge is in a group, how can I quickly recolor the badge without breaking up the group and doing it individually?
The best thing to do would be to expand the strokes to fills and group the artwork together and then you can select the group and change the fill and everything would change.
You also could use Recolor Artwork if that's what you prefer.

could you make a video/series on this channel devoted to designing (1) this words which contain/look like the thing that they describe (like shoe where h is the shoe or like fish stylized to look like fishbone), and (2) logos/artworks which heavily rely on the clever usage of the negative space (like usa network, older formula 1, fedex, or just animals or things)?

Nice tut but I don't like the stars how they fit on the path. I would use the blend tool with a set of blended stars, open a path on that circle and replace the spine to bring the blended stars in and add as many stars as needed. That way they will all be upright and not angled.
