Hotel Review - Majestic Colonial Punta Cana

This was a very nice and affordable resort out in Punta Cana, DR. Of course by affordable I don't mean lame, for the money you get way more amenities here compared to other resorts in the area that are more expensive. The pool here was one of the biggest pools I have ever seen. Most of the restaurants are great, especially Masuri and Le Gourmet. However, I was unable to try the seafood restaurant and the steakhouse was mediocre. The buffets were surprisingly good for what they were. One day it had made to order burgers which were really good. I was also unable to check out the beach because it was super windy and the water was rough, we also had a run in with a tropical storm so some things closed during our stay. It also rained most of our last couple nights. Regardless, it was a great vacation, as well as the first time I drank at a swim up bar, I highly recommend if you were to plan on visiting this area, just be prepared for the language barrier that you will encounter.

None to my knowledge. Just make sure all your stuff has wall adapters.
