Hi June, it really depends on the material, however, leather (short answer, yes) is made up of tightly bound collagen fibres, held in place by fats and water. Once those collagen fibres are stretched, the binding elements hold the stretched fibers in place.

It obviously demands on what you’re trying to achieve, but in most cases this period of time will provided a good result. As mentioned in the video, if it needs more stretching, simply repeat the process.

Kamran Hamidfar does it work tho i got a size 3.4 but i am a size 4 the shoe is too tight in the toe area
